Genuinely don’t know people like this store. Went in for the first time, got the strawberry shortcake, BEETLEJUICE, and churro cookies. Out of those, the only one that was edible was the BEETLEJUICE cookie. The strawberry shortcake, the topping was okay, jam was good, frosting okay, the cookie though, foul. It was a soggy but somehow also dry, undercooked, flavorless mess. I’ve never had a cookie that bad, didnt even know you could make a cookie that bad. The churro, same story, cream good, cookie terrible. At $4 a cookie, just bonkers that people are like gaga over this place. The cookies, they made my fiancé’s and my stomach not quite legit sick but just yuck. I’m not one to waste food, and at the ridiculous price they charged I was forcing myself to finish those. Every bite I just wanted to throw them out. Maybe you will like them? I consider myself not a picky eater, I will never go back though, in my opinion, those were the foulest, nastiest, most overpriced cookies I have ever had. Even if you paid me money, you could not force me to have another of their cookies. Alright vent over, just boggles my brain people give this place high reviews versus putting them out of business. Otherwise, place seemed nice, employees were nice, I did not go into to complain about the cookies so there was no customer service complaints, just issues with the food and you might...
Read moreWe had our first 6 cookies here at the Strongsville location. The shop was super clean and well thought out. Large group of people but everything went very quickly. Counter help was was excellent and really everything about the store was fantastic. However, and the reason for a 4 star, we didn’t like the cookies. Had such high expectations especially following the experience. Overall general opinion was that they were a little dry. The sugar cookies (confetti) had very little flavor. Golden Oreo was piled high with super sugary frosting, just a bit too much. Chocolate chip I thought would stand a chance, how can you go wrong but it was very dry as well. Buckeye you would think would be very flavorful but it just came up a little short. Of those tasted, the maple cinnamon was probably the best tasting and did in fact pack some flavor punch. These of course are just my opinions and I’m sure others would find these cookies delightful. At the very least I would say to see for yourself. Enjoy...
Read moreI had Crumbl cookies at work a couple weeks ago (from a store by Columbus) and RAVED about them to my friends and family. Then I found that there was a location close to home. The strongsville location is bright and clean and the workers are wonderful! The cookies themselves are BEAUTIFUL! and I wanted to love them, but they just weren't that good... Idk if it was the flavors of the week or what. But the nilla cookie was very plain, chocolate peanut butter didn't taste like peanut butter at all (maybe not enough peanut butter chips?) Cap'n crunch one had a very odd consistency (like corn meal). Chocolate chip was a standard chocolate chip, and Samoa was pretty good. I paid over $30 for 12 cookies 2 days ago and we still have 6 left... no one is eating them 😕
May try them again with different flavors in the future, but definitely...
