Cinnabon — Restaurant in Strongsville

I have been purchasing from this location for years as I have not had any major issues. Recently I started working at the mall and they offered a Mall Employee Special coupon. The premise of the coupon if to give mall employees a free regular fountain drink with purchase of any classic. There is no expiration date stated. I had two coupons, the first time I received a hard time as I didn’t have a uniform to prove I was an employee. I told who I think is the manager that I am a manager at a clothing store right across the hall and we don’t wear uniforms. Then she said it was for those working so I couldn’t redeem it. Again, I told her I was and if it was that serious to redeem a coupon they put out, we could call another manager to verify that I was in fact, clocked in. It was about a minute of banter then reluctantly she gave it to me. I come back a second time to purchase a roll and redeem the coupon and I’m told I can’t because they “stopped doing it because no one was using the coupons”. As a consumer, I’m highly disappointed because there is absolutely no expiration on the coupon and as I asked the same girl, how would I know it’s expired so I could use it in time without such prevalent knowledge. I really am upset because I go there quite often and they are extremely rude. I have tried to take this up higher but I understand it’s independently operated by strongsville maybe as a licensed unit. I would like to speak to someone higher up in the chain of command as this is unacceptable customer service. I ordered around 10$ worth of food from this location. I come to the mall at least once a week and always order the same things. Today, as usual, to go with my coffee I asked for a cup of water. The VERY RUDE woman named 'Enjy' who says she is the manager said that "The water machine isn't working. You must buy bottled." I can understand if it was really "not working", but this woman lied to my face. Attached to the soda machine is a lever you press for water. It was clearly there, so I point it out to her. She then changes her story from "it isn't working" to "the owner does not let us give out water to customers" she literally starts a screaming match with me over A CUP OF WATER. A SUPPOSED MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION STARTS TO BERATE AND YELL AT A CUSTOMER OVER A WATER! And let me say this again, it's not the rule of not giving out cups of water that is so upsetting, it's the fact this woman LIES and when I point it out she begins to cut me off, yell in my face, and blame it on the owner!!!! Refuses to even acknowledge promotion at store opening time on August 10th.

There’s a deal where if you buy a bakery item, you get free cinna-bites for a child between certain hours on Sundays starting on a certain date. First they acted like they didn’t know anything about it. Then they said it was only valid for the first date on the T&C. Then they said it was only for certain locations.
