Long John Silver's | KFC — Restaurant in Stuart

Brianna at the drive thru window is by far the rudest employee I have ever come into contact with at a Fast Food Restaurant.

While ordering at the speaker, she was extremely rude and before I could finish saying what I wanted she would cut me off and say “that it?” With a rude tone. (I should add that I was ordering for 2 adults and a child, not a soccer team) I wasn’t even done ordering and she said ok your total is $14..... pull up.

So I pulled up and asked her nicely if she can please add extra crunches and a side of slaw to the order. She rolled her eyes at me and yelled at another employee to come there so she can do an add on. Didn’t even tell me “yea sure” or “ok”.

**If she wouldn’t have assumed my order was done, and would’ve asked while I was ordering at the speaker... she wouldn’t have had an add on.

She came back to the window said it’s $17 (no change) I handed her $20 she handed me my drinks and I asked her for ALOT of vinegar.

Again she didn’t respond and just rolled her eyes at me, handed me my $3 change, and added literally 4 packets of vinegar to the bag, I asked her if she could please add more vinegar, she again rolled her eyes, ignored me, didn’t respond, and just went to hand me the bag.

I told her again, I need more vinegar than that.. she rolled her eyes threw more in my bag and handed the bag to me through the window. I asked her for her name, she rolled her eyes (yes again) and ignored me so I asked again she said “Brianna” I said thank you.. and left..

Got home, had no crunches, literally 4 French fries in one meal, my sons tenders barely had any sauce on them, oh and the sweet tea was like sugar water.

I am not one to write bad reviews and I work in the restaurant business as a server so I know how tough it is, but I NEVER gave her a reason to treat me this way, and her attitude, behavior, and lack of desire to work was completely out of line and...

Been wanting long John silver shrimp now for over a week . Finally made it in. Ordered the shrimp basket with 3 extra pieces. Ask them to make it fresh and I was eating in. I was really hungry and for Long Johns. It was the Most Horrible meal I ever had. To give you an idea, the shrums, all 6 pieces, were Old. Dark brown in color. Not the usually golden fried color. Uuuuuugh!!! I know what they did, they took their shrimp that was sitting there for God knows how long and refried it. Insulting to me as their customer. NEVER again Long John silvers!!!!!!! This is a combination store with KFC. I won't eat their chicken there, it's always bad, not fit for a dog. When I want KFC,. I go to the jupiter KFC. It's always great there. STUART kfc/long John's , your Not gonna last long and that's a shame. Came from St Louis, their long johns, always awesome. Please get a new manager in Stuart or new franchisee. My wife and I just drove all the way from Miami to Stuart to visit our family that lives here we stoped by long John silvers/ kfc to pick up dinner before retiring to our hotel room to go to sleep. I ordered us an L5 and L6 combo from long john silvers and a 3 price chicken meal from kfc since its all together under one roof when we got back to the hotel and opened up the food we were very upset the hush puppies were hard as a rock like they were over cooked and left out all day long they were hard as a rock same thing with the shrimp too they were both horrible. The long johns food was literally unedable! The kfc food was all fresh and was perfect. But we are extremely upset about the 2 long johns meals totaling over 16 dollars that turned out to be a complete waste of money. We tried to call the store phone number but no one would awnser the phone there. Some thing should be done to make this right.
