America's Best Wings — Restaurant in Suffolk

I tried America's Best Wings today for lunch, got the 10 piece boneless combo with Jamaican Jerk flavor. -To be honest it was terrible. The wings were very very obviously over cooked and dried out. I couldn't finish my meal, D-R-I-E-D OUT. Only decent thing was...... the fries....sadly. A ranch dip couldn't save these wings that were kept in the Sahara desert for about a week.

The staff was on their cell phone and was very unprofessional. There were no napkins accessible, the tea was probably from a powder or a liquid concentrate. I was going to stay and eat-in but the place was not comfortable or welcoming. The front windows are all blocked by obnoxious signs and advertising. -maybe to help attract customers since the food is so.... Bleh.

On top of that, the restroom was broken and out of service....just wanted to wash my hands... Gross.

I really enjoy wings, and was highly disappointed in this experience. Never again will I be back, ever. Sorry, scrap your food preparation methods and try...

Don't tell me to wait as you're sweeping right in front of me. Make dead eye contact with me. See, I'm a delivery driver with my app open on your counter top flat for you to see and see there are 2 orders sent behind you. That is a waste of my time and my money. I canceled that order and left because you did that. So then y'all can get complain to About cold food because they had to wait for another driver. I shouldnt have to wait for someone to get off a phone and handle another customer I was technically in front of for me to wait for you to bag an order and hand it to me when the person sweeping could have put the broom down and handled it. Next time I will be saying something and I will come off as rude because you are wasting my time and money when you could do your job put down the broom n hand out an order. I work at 711 I can tell you rn I would get cussed out by my manager n customers...

So I ordered some food last night with my dad from here and let’s just say, never coming back again. I ordered the fried pickles which came to me super dry and super cripsy. Couldn’t eat a bite out of it because the breading was like rubber. Now, the worst thing that is now leaving me sick. The potato salad. I ordered it and let’s just say, this was my final straw. I obviously went back last night to get it fixed and after getting a new salad, I took two bites and quickly threw it out because it was super grainy and had a very weird taste. Now it’s the next morning and my throat is incredibly itchy and I have the worst migraine imaginable. I really did try to like this place, but when you carelessly serve customers super moldy food, it is hard to...
