My experience was anything but enjoyable. I was very disappointed with the Arby’s. When I pulled up to the window, it took the cashier more than 4 miniteanto even open the window to acknowledge me. After taking my card, she then had to double check that she had the correct order. She then went to hand me the milkshake I ordered which wasn’t even mine. The milkshake was then started and I asked for no topping of any kind on my shake, which both whipped cream and drizzle were put on. As she was about to hand it to me, she rechecked the screen and then cursed, closed the window and battled between just handing it to me or making a new one. At this point I was at the window for more than 7 or 8 minutes. I was just going to tel her to give it to me the way it was, but the window was closed so I couldn’t get her attention. She handed me the milkshake, walked away to get the food. She returned with 2 bags and she had to check to see which was my order. I asked for Mayo and Horsey sauce, she gave me 1 mayo and 4 Arby’s sauces. I got my food, but didn’t have my drink. She stated out loud, I’m going to get you your Dr. Pepper right now, I thanked her. I was in line at the actual window, waiting for my food for more than 10 minutes. Upon arrival at my house, I saw the sauces that were incorrect and then took a sip of my soda, which was Diet Pepsi. My fries were cold, the sandwich had a at soggy bun so I didn’t finish it because it was just mush and the mozzarella sticks were cold and the cheese was back to a solid state versus melty in any way. I have to say, I am greatly disappointed . To spend money on food that wasn’t warm or able to eat because they had been sitting too long. Read moreWorst customer service I have ever had! I ordered food at 7:37pm on Nov 30th 2023. I had a total of 5 sandwiches that I ordered. When we went in, there was no one in the drive-thru and no one else in the restaurant. After 15 minutes of not getting our food, I went up to the counter to see what was taking so long. Our sandwiches were made and sitting on the tray without fries or au jus sauce for the French Dip. I asked once it was 23 minutes if our food was about ready. 4 minutes later she threw a couple of bags on the counter. She didn't say a word and walked off to play on her phone. We were missing 1 sandwich, an order of fries and au jus sauce. It took 27 minutes to deliver our food when we were the only customer there and it was wrong. When I told her it was wrong, she again didn't say a word to us and just stood there waiting on one person to make the food. I asked if we could get the au jus sauce because the other sandwiches were getting cold. She threw her phone down on the counter and started filling the cups with au jus and instead of giving them to us, she just sat them on the counter and waited for another 5 minutes until the sandwich was finally made that we now ordered over 30 minutes ago. Deshawna was who "helped" us and wouldn't say a word to us and wouldn't get off her phone for the majority of the time we were there. The sandwiches don't have cheese. I call the store and The so called Manager at this particular location on night duty is very rude and ignorant. We paid $37 for our order and it wasn't right. Instead of the so called manager on duty resolving the issue. She kept hanging up the phone. Asking me what I want her to do? Whoa! Finally after having to call multiple times from being hung up on, she Offered to replace my meal then said they were closed. Who has time for games when you paid your money? Yeah, I was frustrated because it was the end of the night and the food was thrown together. Please teach your employees to empathize and take ownership when wrong. Not hang up on the customer or not resolve the issue. Maybe your company should reconsider who you put in a leader position if they are going to make your business and brand look bad.
