Update: months later after wasting hours trying to get a refund for the app order they charged me for but didn't give me by calling and emailing McDonald's, I still have not received a refund or even a coupon. They literally stole my money with the promise of food and told me to screw off. It's been months now and I've tried several times with calling and emailing. Avoid this location at all costs! Every time I try to give this location a chance they end up failing me worse every time. I try to order inside with few customers and it takes over half an hour to just place an order so I give up and leave. I go through the drive thru and items are missing. I order on the app and the food is old and cold. I order on the app another time and two employees come out and tell me they don't have a cook! Then the manager comes out and says he won't give me a refund with a receipt, and then lies and tells me that I won't be charged even after I tell him the charge is already on my card. When I tell him again I want written proof of a refund he starts getting very rude and belligerent. I was of course charged for food I never received and should have been prepared by one of the three employees, (especially the manager) that are apparently useless. I can't wait for Mcdonald's to fully automate with robots because this location has never had any luck with good employees. I sat in the driveway way to long then when I got to the window the works were fussing at each other so I had to wait to tell them my order was wrong. We have ordered about 5-6 times from there and only ONCE was our order correct. Every other time, they have messed it up. Royally. This evening, we purchased through Uber Eats for the second time.
