Sal's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Suffolk

Please, do not waste your time ordering delivery from here. I'm not sure what they're doing at this place, but they're absolutely a mess. We ordered our food at 1800, with an estimated delivery of 1813-1824. Then it got backed up to 1900. An hour for delivery. Then we got an alert on the tracker that they were on the way. We waited another 20 minutes and then called the store only for them to tell us they were waiting on their driver to come from the other store and pick up the food to deliver it! And then, they said we don't have the soda you ordered, do you want another kind? So I said ok...how about Cherry Coke? No, we're out of that, too. Well, what do you have?? Then they said they would call when the driver was on the way and no call. SHOCKER. Horrendous service, and after all that burnt garlic knots! Save your sanity and order from LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. An hour and 45 minutes for a pizza, some garlic knots, and a soda. Absolutely awful....

Let's be real people what should you judge a pizza joint on?? PIZZA OF COURSE. 🍕 I'm super picky about my pizza. I went to a 95% Italian school in an area with a pizza joint on almost every other block. Sal's makes a very good pizza, they don't load up there sauce with sugar. They also cook it long enough that you get some crisp on the crust. If you get the pickup special an 18" is $15.99 that's a deal. Bottom line great pizza, good prices, plus they make Sicilian pizza and the giant 24" pie. So get great pizza that can stand up to the NY fold for eating, at a good price at Sal's on...

New to area. It’s actually our 2nd ordering from here Tonight was a nightmare. My daughter wanted wings and pizza for her birthday dinner. Order was over 1 1/2 hr late it was cold. One of the pizza pies was wrong and the garlic knots were not fully cooked on inside. We called to make restaurant aware. We were offered a discount for next time.
