Worst customer service ever, I ordered with the app, tracker says ready to pick up, I checked in before I went into the store, waited in line for 20mins, young lady couldn't find my order, I showed the email and confirmed the correct store; she said nothing but spoke with her team, then I said that the app told me my order is ready 20mins ago. Then she tells me with the biggest attitude "I've already said sorry for the inconvenience sir", which this is the first time I heard sorry from anyone at the store much less from her. I said "that is not how you talk to customers" and she just kept repeating "I've already said sorry for the inconvenience sir" with the attitude of a 5 year old not getting her way. I've asked to speak with the manager and the manager said she will deal with it and apologized to me, which I had no issue; she also said that they are busy and she's having a hard time, which is fine, it's not like I don't have sympathy for workers in the food industry, but I do not have sympathy for someone that speaks so rudely to a paying customer. The store remade my order, but this young lady is in the wrong field if she doesn't have an attitude change quickly. If your store messed up my order and you give a sincere apology I would not take offence, but when you give me an attitude and talk to me so rudely, there are consequences. Needless to say I will not be going to this store anymore. I have already sent a complaint to Domino's headquarter customer service and hope to speak with...
Read moreOrdered two pizzas though the website around 6:40. Initially the website said carry out's ready in 15 minutes at this location. However, when finalizing the order it was now 38-45 minutes. Received Text about 30 minutes after placing the order that order was in the oven and would be ready in 8-10 minutes. I go into the store 10 minutes later to be told that it would be at least 25 minutes. The workers couldn't locate the order and said the app was misleading. I said no that means someone here hit the button that it was in the oven to help your metrics. After 5 minutes another person realized they actually were in the oven. There was at least 8 people in the store waiting on orders and visibly upset. I have not seen a dominos with so many workers as well, but apparently not trained well. Ended up getting the pizza's about an hour and 15 minutes after placing order. To top it off, one of their delivery drivers cut me off as I was leaving the parking lot and when I hit the brakes the pizza box flipped lol. Can't make that up. Pizza was decent, and the guy running the register was keeping calm despite all the chaos. So for those two things I am bumping them up a star. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to the location in...
Read morewarning : pieces of BACON/MEAT consistently FOUND in the VEGETARIAN pizzas I order!! This isn't the first or second time this has happened, which is why decided to write this review. If anything, I've almost always found meat in the vegetarian pizzas I've ordered and I don't know if I can just brush this off as bad food handling etiquette anymore like I did the last couple times. I kept giving this location a second and third chance because it's near my house, but I unfortunately can't anymore. I have family members who do not eat pork, and others who are vegetarian, and this is unacceptable. Please be aware if you are vegetarian/don't eat pork, the pieces of bacon are so small that you only realize you've eaten it after you've taken a bite (the taste is pretty oily & discernable, but you might miss it if you're not familiar with it.). Once you spit out the bite, you'll see that there were tiny bits of bacon under the cheese so there's no way to tell at first glance that they messed up the order. Super annoyed and disappointed and hope they tighten up on not mixing ingredients - esp veg &...
