I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saltgrass Steakhouse, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a memorable evening.

The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, with tasteful decor that exuded a rustic charm. It was clear that attention had been paid to every detail, from the comfortable seating arrangements to the dim lighting that created an intimate setting. The restaurant's layout allowed for a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience, whether you're dining alone or with a large group.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the food. Saltgrass Steakhouse truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Their menu featured a wide selection of high-quality steaks, and each cut was cooked to perfection. The tenderness and flavor of the steaks were truly exceptional, and it was evident that only the finest ingredients were used. The steaks were beautifully seared on the outside, while remaining juicy and flavorful on the inside—a true testament to the culinary skill of the chefs.

In addition to their outstanding steaks, Saltgrass Steakhouse offers an impressive range of appetizers, salads, and side dishes. I had the pleasure of trying their loaded baked potato and sautéed mushrooms, both of which were absolutely delicious and complemented the main course perfectly. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied.

The service at Saltgrass Steakhouse was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. From the moment I sat down, my server made me feel like a valued guest, offering recommendations and answering any questions I had about the menu. The service was prompt, yet never rushed, allowing me to savor each course at my own pace.

To top it all off, the dessert selection at Saltgrass Steakhouse was a delightful indulgence. I couldn't resist trying their famous cheesecake, and it was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. The dessert was expertly crafted, with a creamy texture and a rich, decadent flavor that left me wanting more.

In conclusion, my experience at Saltgrass Steakhouse was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of excellent food, inviting ambiance, and attentive service made it an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to enjoy a top-notch steak, Saltgrass Steakhouse is a must-visit destination. I can't wait to return and explore more of their...

roaches Full disclosure, I think the food here is decent, I’ve been a bunch of times growing up here with my family. Aside from last night, I always thought it was a pretty good restaurant… Menu seems, smaller, than it did a couple years ago. Food is “ok”. Nothing to write home about. I got a safe menu item, the Grilled Chicken, with green beans and potato soup. All of it you would need to add salt to. And being as American as ever we had gotten the friend mushrooms and pickles… I hate to say they were really good! Partner tried my food and said the only redeeming quality was the Smokey flavor that was incorporated, but the green beans were really good. My partner also said his cheeseburger tasted like a frozen patty with condiments that tried to mask the frozen patty flavor… I tried it, I have to agree. Another disclosure, I know it’s a “steakhouse” but we just weren’t in the mood for steaks. My parents however both got steaks and they enjoyed them, so there’s that.

Now of course I know this is not a “fancy” restaurant, and we went here with my parents for a birthday dinner. Loved the time, however the music was so loud I couldn’t even enjoy a conversation with the person directly next to me. Staff was decently nice and friendly, not intrusive or anything over the top. They have a hard job and they do good work! The most disturbing part (and unfortunately I did not take a picture, mainly since I was already out of my seat and we had finished eating) but there was a HUGE adult size cockroach just chilling in the window blinds above our table. My partner noticed it about 15 minutes before we all got up to leave.

I’m so so so so so thankful my little sister was able to get up -before- she saw it, AND BEFORE IT FELL ON HER PLATE! We didn’t say anything to the management office (mainly because they were super busy and we didn’t want to cause a scene). I did consider letting them know though, which is why I’m making this review the following day. In turn, I’d hope any restaurant would take this matter seriously. This has absolutely nothing to do with the staff or necessarily the food… but in the case of cockroaches… we will never be eating...

🤬Tonight was Absolutely the worst experience ever at a Landry's restaurant 1st we ordered salads with no cheese so our waitress remembered as she was bringing our salads because she did not write anything down abruptly turned around and went to the right instead of to the kitchen and removed the cheese by hand came back and said she had to make fresh salads but there were still remnants of cheese in our salads ,,,Then she decided to take our appetizer which was still 80% Did not ask us started putting trash on top of it and we told her We wanted to take it home she said she would make a fresh one Took it back and turned to the right instead of to the kitchen where I'm sure she boxed it backup and kept it there .,,When our steak arrived they were burnt beyond belief 😡they were completely charred black because she put the wrong temperature in When Re- made they were not spiced in the Seasonings We requested Also my steak was not cooked properly 🤨We did not complain Upon completion of our dinner we asked where are onions were Then she brought them back in a to go Box literally our same onions with the trash removed ice cold in a to go Box 🙉🤮This was easily the worst experience I have ever had at any of Tillman's restaurants Worst Valentine's dinner ever Then waited for almost 23 minute For our check to be picked up to pay...😒🤢🤮🤬 We did let the manager know before Left That we were not happy with our experience tonight , Total waste of money very bad experience.!!....... .. We have been Houston Rockets season ticket holders for 16 years + and did notice the service go down a bit since Is change in ownership...😒😪.. Also forgot didn't even refill my Iceed tea 1 time...

I came in to this restaurant to dine in. When I approached the attendant, she added it would be a wait time for me to have since the restaurant was pa ked. I asked if the bar was avaliable. She and another attendant were there at the receiving booth and they ignored me and started talking to eachother. I proceeded; excuse me, is the bar area avaliable? They both looked at eachother and stated NO. I was expecting either one of them to do the usual thing of putting your name in a waiting isthmus and take a seat but neither of them did. So, I proceeded to asked again, are you to take my name to add it to the waiting list? And they both looked at eachother and were like, clearing their trial. I could feel the negativity and I decided walk away and move on to the restaurant next door. These people were definetly out of place and out of their responsibilities. The male guy asked me for my name once I decided to leave the place. I thought 'Not worth it" and walked away. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

A group of 5 walked in just before me. The hostess took their name and walked away and around the restaurant. She talked with Travis. She sat them, came back to me, and seemed disappointed that I was a 1. Then she looked at her map, walked around the restaurant again, looked at her map, and finally seated me. 8 minutes passed since I walked in. I was seated at a table for two and was told Erin would wait on me. 9 minutes passed. Then Ivan saw me and assisted me. I ordered water for drink and ordered the 8 oz sirloin snd Salmon with greenbeans. Ivan promptly brought water and my tortilla soup. Then the main course arrived. Steak was cooked properly. The salmon was overcooked (I like Salmon almost raw. Cooked like Ahi Tuna. 1-2 min a side). Travis came by and asked. I told him I forgot to tell Ivan that the Salmon needed to be barely cooked. Travis made it right. Impressed. Quite good. Thanks
