ALERT-HEALTH ISSUE HERE!!!! . Today, the Chinese, Black-haired ponytail lady needs to pin her hair up. Took it with me wrapped in my food!!!!!!!! I greet her, and she says, what do u want, I get my order corrected to her, She Yells thru her microphone, "ARE YOU TALKING TO ME???!!" "Yes ma'am," I place my order again. Then, when I get to the window, I reach to take my items, SHE WALKS OFF MID-HAND OVER. I said, wait, I don't have the food yet, she says "HONEY I DONT LET GO TILL U DRIVE AWAY!!!!!" I hadn't moved, but she was gone. That's when her long ponytail whipped around and looked like it slapped her co-worker, and then over to the window at me. I don't have time for your ugliness, lady. Why are you shouting? Are you mad? 🎯 Also, it's a good work ethic to never yell at your employees in public. Standard practices say you MUST take them to a private area to discuss your disagreement or corrections. Never openly or in public. 📌And, if I were them, I'd take a witness. There are anger management classes available for owners/managers. *Consider this my response to 'what to do' when you send me your copy/paste route response...

I’ve been coming here often it’s close to where I live and convenient on the way to work. Today I stopped by in the afternoon, and the guy taking my order was trying to get through the order so quick, he wasn’t listening to my questions. I asked what the smallest sized coffee they had, he added a pumpkin spice latte. I asked if they had any croissants, he told me pull up to the window. I was trying to use my cash alone. It came up to $7 and some change. I got the price for the croissant and thought that was just too much for a plain one and asked to exchange it. Both the order taker and I assume the supervisor or manager, (Asian looking guy) face was irritated. I went to pay the difference for the cheese danish, they said don’t worry about it. The supervisor or manager shoved the bag into my hand (this is the drive-thru) , closed the window as quick and didn’t bother to offer napkins either.

Read more9/12/2024 I visit this place four times a week and every time when the woman named VIDA serves me,,,((Well honestly don't know if that is her name but that's what it says on her apron)),,,Anyway every time when she is at the window she is very rude and screams too loud plus she never give me napkins or say thank you!!,,quite the opposite!!,,as soon as she give me my order she shouts next order ready lets go lets go next order!! literally she does it to on my face I understand the service has to be fast but its not necessary to have that heavy attitude.. Today for example approximately 9:20am there was a guy outside taking orders but without having an order tablet,,He was only taking the order talking through his head set,,Poor Guy because it was really hot outside and when i pull over to the Window Surprise!!...Same rude lady VIDA,,,To the Store Manager Pleaseee training her to have a Great Customer...
