Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Sulphur Springs

I love, love, love this Dutch Bro’s!!! We go daily! We know a lot of the staff by name. They know I and my husband by name. They are extremely friendly. They know both of our drinks when we drive into the drive through or walk up to the window, unless we switch it up for the day. There are days when I am having a rough day and just going through the line Tyra, Jayden, Natalie, Dani, or one of the many other staff we love, their friendly face, hello, smile or excitement to see us, their notes on our coffee cups make our day! This makes your establishment not only have the best coffee but has “all the feels” of the small town in our big city! We love our Dutch Bros!!!

I have read the reviews, yes there are times a newer worker has mess up my drink, maybe even an older worker in a years time. I take it back to the window. All the workers are super chill, they are so sorry they made the mistake. They fix it immediately and will make you a new one. I say this after being regularly for over a year. You have to give people grace everyone makes mistakes. I used to go to another big box coffee chain. They never made anything right without giving me all kinds of hell. They were never chill and extremely uptight, like their jobs were always on the line. Here they just tell me how sorry they are and to fix it, it is “The Dutch Bros Way”.

I love this place!!! They will continue to get my business! This is the worst review I have ever given a Dutch Bros in 5 years. We are hot shot transporters and travel from Oregon to Florida and everywhere in between. The one thing that Dutch Bros stands out is the upbeat employee's and fast service. It's always energetic. We turned in our order at the walkup window. Both of us had time to walk next door to use the restroom. Came back, and there were three or four people in line at the window. It turns out that at least one was an employee off duty. Looking in the window. Two of our drinks were sitting on the counter. Then, someone else gets their order before ours. Can't say for certain that he might have gotten preferential service being friends with the workers. But the bad review is for the attitude of the young man who gave us our order, and the extra hot drink that sat on the counter for 10 minutes was now luke warm. When I commented, I'm not sure what took so long. His attitude was to have a nice day and go away. No apologies, just excuses. Ordered a medium Astronaut tea. Highly disappointed. Im not sure how they do their tea wether its brewed or if it is a syrup. But what I paid for can in no way be legally considered tea! It contained maybe .5% tea the rest was ice, water, coloring, and flavoring. It tasted like Kool-Aid that sat on the counter, and all the ice melted and watered it down. If they use tea bags, they used these 5 or 6 times. I've had better tea from the competition (Starbucks). The staff members were very friendly, though.
