Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sulphur Springs

Its a hit or miss with this store. Sometimes they can get your order out to you under 15 minutes, and sometimes it can take up to an hour and a half. Their management up there leaves a lot to be desired. When I order from there, I'll just have to make it a carry out order.

This last time I ordered, not the one I just canceled 5 minutes ago, the domino's tracker said that the delivery was on its way. 45 minutes later I get a call saying that they had to remake the stuff. As soon as I got off the phone, the driver was at the door with my food. When I ate my food, everything was cold. So, I didn't feel bad not tipping, because obviously they dont feel bad about lying. Don't know if it is poor management or if it's just the cheap GM but not having parmesan cheese and saying that you don't order it because it's a waste of money that tells me that somebody doesn't know how pricing works extremely unprofessional especially when staff wants to try to back talk when I say well that's terrible do not have parmesan cheese packets it is figured into the price of the products so yes it is complimentary but at the same time everybody that's ever known business knows it's not complimentary it is figured into the pricing of the products so somebody needs to pull their head out of their fourth point of contact and fix this because it will be a complaint made to corporate every time it is...

I get Domino's often, my favorite pizza place. I normally use commerce location because it's closer, but I was going through sulphur springs, so I ordered from there. I Went through the pickup window last night, and I didn't get the gentleman's name that came to the window, but he was so very nice and helpful (my Domino's tracker wasn't working). The pizza I got was the absolute best made pizza I have ever had! It was baked perfectly, it even was the best tasting pizza I've had! Idk what they are doing at this location, but they are top-notch!! I may just start driving further to get my pizzas from here if this is the quality of food and customer service they are providing!
