Lady at front counter never greeted me. Was too interested in having her own conversation. Whatever. I wait 10 mins and step outside to make a call. Asked my Daughter to buy me a coffee while I took my call. Took 3 more mins before she was acknowledged at the counter. "WHAT DO YOU WANT!" says cashier that doesnt feel the need to show even the slightest courtesy to an 11 year old CHILD. My daughter asks for the coffee. 40 year old Minimum wage cashier who obviously hates her job yanks the computer towards her, slamming the touchscreen with her knuckles as hard as she can while ringing it in. "Thank you" says my 11 year old because she has been raised with basic decency. Evil, firebreathing, excuse for a person scoffs and walks away without saying anything. I come back in after my call. Proceed to wait 10 more minutes without any acknowledgement except the occasional stink eye because somehow me patronizing this business has completely ruined Cruella's day, when we haven't even exchanged one word. I finally realize that there's a Togo order hiding behind the half gallons of tea this monster is filling up. So after being extremely patient and courteous, even though not a drop was reciprocated, I walked up to the counter and asked if that was my order. "WHAT NAME!" replies the dollar store knock off of Madea. "Nickolas" I reply, actually beginning to lose my patience because I'm being repeatedly disrespected for absolutely no reason. Tosses the bag across the counter. I've waited a while and I'm sensing some incompetence so I open the bag to see, 1: If the food is hot because I don't know how long it's actually been ready. I was never informed. And 2: I would like to go home with everything I paid for and not have someone missing their breakfast. Before I can pull a napkin out, this Lady is yelling at me. LITERALLY YELLING. Once again, I have exchanged one sentence and my name with this person. IT IS ALL IN THE BAG! YOU DONT NEED TO OPEN THE BAG. I reply that I paid for this food and I'll do as I like. She backs down. Apparently she assumed it was a delivery and I was a delivery driver. Didn't ask about it before berating me; a paying customer who has given her the benefit of the doubt the entire way. I can honestly say that it was the worst experience I have ever had in ANY restaurant. I took the attitude and disrespect with grace. Had I known before that she had disrespected my 11 year old daughter as well, I probably wouldn't have been so nice. There really isn't anything you guys can do. I won't be back to this location except to snap a pic of Medusa and post it with this review literally every single place I can. Take a look at your cameras and it will coaborate everything here. Can't speak for your company but will warn you that treating people the way my daughter and I were treated today is not going to win you return customers. And as soon as most people see a rating average of less than 3, and read some of the other "awesome" reviews your store has, they aren't even going to risk it. I would suggest getting ur house in order before the she devil ruins your business and takes you down to hell with her. Please don't contact me unless there will be concrete solutions from someone with actual power to fix...
Read moreI’m not much on writing reviews but I hope this reaches someone that cares, and if not at least save people time and money. I came through the drive thru today and as soon as I pulled in, the line was almost out of the parking lot. There wasn’t really anything else around that had a drive through and being a manual laborer with tools in the back of my pick-up, in an area I didn’t know well, I decided to just play it safe and go through the drive thru. It’s was a huge mistake… I proceeded to wait over 25 - 30 minutes to make it to the speaker to order. I went around 3pm and other than the line at the drive thru they really didn’t look that busy. After finally waiting another 5 - 10 minutes with still no voice, a kind lady on her way out told me that the speaker was broken. I thought it was very strange that they didn’t have any sign on the screen or speaker but none the less still pulled around, backed my truck up near the door to be able to see my tools in the bed of my truck and decided to go inside. As soon as I go in I see what I can only assume is the manager sitting down at one of the tables in the dining area just sipping a drink, 2 young female employees talking and giggling while showing each other something on their phones. I proceed to the counter to place my order and there are 2 gentlemen in front of me also waiting. We yet again waited another 5 - 6 minutes for someone to finally come to the register from out of the bathroom, while all 3 employees saw us in the line. It’s finally my turn to order after the 2 guys in front of me and I ordered a 5 piece supreme combo with seasoned fries, a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, and a large mtn dew. I then pay, and take my receipt, and thank the lady that did help me. Me and one of the gentleman behind me then sit and talk some while waiting once again another 10-15 minutes. The young lady who took my order must’ve been getting off, and went outside to her car, and was wearing her casual clothes after she came back in. She asked me and the guy if we were still waiting on our food and we said yes. She then looked very annoyed, and yells to the cooks to ask if our orders were ready. The manager finally got up, walked back there, and said here you go, no sorry for the wait, have a nice day, or anything. I thank him, and finally run back out to check on my truck tools, and get back on the road, as I was running late to get back to work. I finally open my bag up after about 2-3 minutes after I get back on the road, and to my surprise there were no seasoned fries, and no mashed potatoes with gravy. I did receive my tenders and biscuit, and was also given just white gravy as a side… no potatoes, no brown gravy, just white gravy in a container. And my mtn dew was nothing but soda water with the green dye. Honestly disappointed as I love Bojangles but I will not EVER be going back to this location due to the lack of care, and attention within the staff and even management. 0/10 save your money and get something worth it. At the end of the day I was charged almost $14 dollars for 5 chicken tenders, a thing of white gravy I didn’t order, and a green dyed soda water. I hope people see this and decide to avoid...
Read moreAwful experience twice. My husband went inside this location Saturday, May 11th, 2019. He ordered and was told there would be a wait on biscuits about 6 minutes. It was no problem however when we got the food it was not fresh. I ordered a Cajan biscuit combo neither the fries or cajan was fresh. He order specifically a three legs dinner, he received mixed chicken and his fries also tasted old. I just couldn’t understand if we already was waiting why not make everything fresh. I reported to the 800 hotline and a manager reached out to me he, Percy I believe, was very polite and understanding and told me I could come in whenever to get our order re-made and he would throw in some Boberry biscuits for the inconvenience. Yesterday, I notified him and told him my husband would stop by for the order he was once again super polite and said he would let the manager on duty know, Carolyn. When my husband got there, the cashiers where very rude. They said that there was no manager there at all and that Carolyn already left. No one had on name tags to be identified and on top of that the only thing we received was a old Cajan biscuits and three legs and a biscuit, no fixings, no Bo-biscuits. I didn’t even bother to report this incident. We’ve never received such a horrible experience ever and I don’t plan on returning to the Summerville location. It’s ridiculous they’re fairly new and opened about two weeks ago. The whole time he was trying to talk the young lady kept cutting him off. I couldn’t understand why no management was also available. Bojangles, not that location, was actually my first job for over two years and I know for a fact this is not how customers...
