I am writing to report an extremely troubling experience with my recent Domino’s order from this location. My delivery arrived in unacceptable condition: a substance was in my bag contained an unidentifiable green, chunky substance and emitted a strong odor of cigarette smoke. This was not surprising once I noticed that the delivery driver had a passenger in the vehicle who was actively smoking during the delivery with her head hanging out the window. The pizza itself was smushed to the point where it was nearly inedible. I was concerned for both the quality and safety of my food, so I personally drove to the store to address the matter. At that point, I encountered the store’s manager — whose name I believe is Barbara Kelley (I am certain about the last name, and I believe I read Barbara as the first). Instead of handling the situation professionally, she offered a refund only for my drink while disregarding the fact that my entire meal was compromised. Her tone was dismissive, her approach was defensive, and she spoke to me in a manner that can only be described as disrespectful. To make matters worse, while this conversation was taking place, other employees in the store were laughing at the situation as if it were some kind of joke. This behavior reflects a complete lack of professionalism and shows a store culture that clearly does not value customer concerns. As a store manager, she should understand that customer service is not optional — it is the foundation of the job. The way she handled this matter, and the conduct she allowed from her staff, reflects poorly on the Domino’s brand. I strongly suggest corporate review store footage to witness firsthand how this interaction was managed. If this is considered acceptable management behavior, I would question whether this individual should continue representing your company in such a role. Domino’s has a reputation for quality and service, but this location, under the current management, is failing to uphold it. I urge corporate to take corrective action — for the sake of your customers and your brand’s credibility.

Employee had an absolutely abysmal attitude! I am not at all one to complain about retail and restaurant workers but this person was so unbelievably flat out UNfriendly that I actually lost my appetite for pizza! I mean if an attitude can CLEARLY communicate to a customer, "You are NOT welcome here!" and "We hate having your business!", this guy has it down to a well honed science! I can honestly say I have never ever felt so blatantly UNwelcomed by any pizza person ever in over 50 years of ordering pizzas! This guy managed to serve a huge portion of icy unhappiness along with this pizza. I will make a point of never subjecting myself to this location ever again no matter how convenient it might be! I mean 30 minutes later and it still feels bad! That's got to be a record of some kind! (And yes, I sent this along to management and customer service too!) Oh and the pic? I got the 6 cheese pizza - why is there green peppers in it?

Ordered food online and stated that delivery time was 35 minutes well an hour and ten minutes later we got our cold food which one of the pizza boxes was crushed down on the pizza and had been for a while because cold cheese does not stick to the box, then the driver dropped some of the food on the ground and did not apologize all he said when he handed us the food was l hate these boxes. Called the store and the manager who sounded as he was lost had the hardest time finding my order online said he could not refund my money for damaged food and only offered a free pizza as if l would order from there again

Pizza was acceptable after heating it up. Received luke warm which is inconsistent with other orders. The service was D E P L O R A B L E. Be warned the online ordering is not accurate. It may tell you 30 to 35 minutes but it will be significantly inaccurate. After 2 hours of the delivery time increasing instead of decreasing I called the restaurant. After almost 10 minutes of back and forth on the phone, they admitted they hadn't even cooked the pizza yet. I asked to speak with the manager. Neither manager would come to the phone.so I informed them I would be there in 5 minutes. When I got there, they told me they had just sent the pizza out for delivery. Outright lie. There were 3 of us customers present with the exact same issue. Further, my security cameras never showed any delivery attempt of anything by anyone for the entire evening. Waited almost half an hour after explaining the complaint to yet another no caring employee to finally receive my medium 2 topping pizza. Also, I tried to get a refund and just go somewhere else. They told me that it would take a week to 10 days to receive it, and the best thing to do is to wait for it. W. T. F. ?! Nasty service from the lackadaisical assistant manager all the way down to the old bat box maker wanna be manager (who incidentally is NOT as fast as the one you see on the commercials - even in her younger days). Manager himself seemed to be ineffective at actual managing. Employees were honestly more concerned about missing a Facebook post or posing on Instagram or their personal phone calls than their actual job of making pizza. This restaurant needs to be visited by city officials for making false statements concerning delivery times and their disorganization concerning the handling of customer service calls / complaints amongst other things. In the meanwhile I will be filing a complaint with various organizations. Trust...

Used to arrive on time Or earlier. The online tracking system is wrong. We live right across the street from the store. When we placed our order at 1pm it said food should be here in 40-50 min. Its been an hour now and the food still isnt here. When checking the online tracker it said our driver lathan, left 20 min ago. So i called the store and a guy named tim answered and immediately asked us to hold. After holding we spoke to a rude girl named Kayla. As soon as she answered she didnt sound nice at all. I explained the situation to her and then she put me back on hold. She explained that you cannot trust the online ordering tracker and there was a shift change and didnt even apologize. You can always hear a smile over the phone and she did not seem happy at all. Nothing was offered for our wait & after a long awkward pause i said well ill just leave feedback on the survey. Food finally arrived after an hour later, guy was super nice. Once i got off the phone the tracker had changed with a guy named tim on it i left that store at a different time . I had to leave home and left the money to pay with someone else:( usually this place is amazing but they need to have kayla replaced, she just doesn't care about customers or the dominoes business and needs...
