Arby's — Restaurant in Sumter

This particular Arby’s is the cleanest Arby’s I’ve ever been to. I have eaten there several times and the very first time it was extremely clean (about 3 months ago). I didn’t even see a fly anywhere and believe me I look for flies when I go places. If I see any, I won’t go back. When they are not waiting on customers, they are wiping down and cleaning things. The floor and tables are always clean. The parking lot is even clean and not cluttered. A great place to patronize. I don’t know who the Manager is but that person is doing a great job supervising. I will continue to go there on a regular basis. Seeing a clean restaurant lets you know the food is also good. Great job Arby’s on Broad Street...

The worst customer service ever (even for Sumter). The girl with the buck teeth and $5 weeve working the drive-thru window in the evenings needs to be fired. I would hate my life too if I looked like that and came home smelling like french fries every day, but don't take it out on the customers who are contributing to your minimum wage salary. The manager is no better. He just stood idly by why his employee used profane language and gave customers attitude. Corporate needs to stop by this location to see just how mismanaged this place is before it ruins people from going to any...

Update: I visited today and wow what an experience. I ordered online and it told me to pick up at 7:17pm. For whatever reason the order didn't make it into their system but Orlando and his team had excellent customer service, reviewed my order via my phone and fixed it right away. They were professionals and extremely kind. These are the kind of employees you want to keep for life and ensure they become successful!
