I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff got my order wrong and when I respectfully asked them to get it changed one of the girls just ripped the burgers open in front of me and started asking what was wrong in a really rude tone. After explaining it she unwillingly gave us another burger which bread was cold and by the time we got it our sides were cold as well because of the wait.
Furthermore, we asked for a receipt when we ordered which the staff forgot to provide. When I asked for it again a member of staff told our cashier in Spanish "just give her a random receipt from another order", which I understood because it's my first language. I need my receipts for the airport so of course I couldn't accept this. After looking on the system they said it was not possible to find my receipt, although the transaction went through in my card as I could see it in my bank account.
After all this issues the food was completely cold and inedible. We asked for a refund which they could not provide to my card as they still couldn't find my receipt. We got given some money back in cash for the burgers, which I didn't really find it useful as I get charged a fee and tax everytime I use my card outside England, which of course that wasn't issued back, and changing the money back into sterling pounds is not worth the amount.
Moreover the toilets were disgusting. I could have never imagined such a rude and unprofessional customer service. It definitely makes me reconsider going Burger King again in America if people like this are...

Let’s start of by saying thank you to Garvey and Antonio for helping me pick out what food I wanted and made my experience better despite the extras who were trying to destroy it by being hateful and ignorant. My food was delicious I asked the 2 employees for their personal favorites and then I ordered. The food was delicious and definitely was fresh! The store is clean actually one of the cleanest burger kings I been to. The store is placed in a nice area and the outside is clean and well kept as well as the inside. The parking was considerably well considering there are other stores around it so this is definitely the place to go if you’re shopping and need to take a quick bite. But let’s get into the details of todays unfortunate situation. Long story short somebody was angry and hungry and the employees were trying to service them according to what they had and they just couldn’t wait a couple of minutes to enjoy the fresh food. Read moreThe worst experience ever in a Burger King, we got there and all the operation was stoped because they had no French fries, and when they came out, the lady in the station did not move theme so they where a block of fries, they could not separate theme so they had to be thrown away, and new ones had to be done. At this point it have been over 20 min waiting and there where about 6 orders in front still. There was a couple in front of us talking and suddenly Garvey one of the food handlers screamed at them stating that they did no have to shop there if they did not like it, then left to the back leaving antonio alone at the front handing the room and the drive-through, which deserves it own props he was doing his best in a rush hour on his own. In the mean time there was no manager in sight. After a while she walked out of the office on a video call not even noticing the operation or pitching in to help. The whole ordeal took over 40 min. When they finally called me they stated that they had ran out of cheese sticks, so they offered chicken fries instead. I believe that the problem here was a lack of management, who should be there to guide and instruct but also to pitch in when necessary and help the production run smoothly.
