I go to alot of restaurants and I like to enjoy the service, atmosphere, and taste of whatever I order but when it comes to there being sub par service it ruins the entire experience, regardless of the restaurant and makes for an unforgivable experience although I'm a reasonable guy. I come in and am greeted with an awkward glare from the waitress at the entrance, and the someone who I presume to be a manager, no hello no nothing, the most irritatingly sad part of the whole ordeal. I ask to see a menu, and say I am here for takeout. You can sit at the bar I am told with unpleasant unwelcoming tonality. Right from the get go I felt unwelcome. I shouldn't have to be wasting my time speculating here as to whether or not these two individuals are able to smell and see money when it walks in the door so they can cater to and kiss their you know what or if they have a problem with how I am dressed which was informal but then again I have seen worse inside the restaurant, and from what I've been told by staff there is no dress code or if it is perhaps because I am Russian. Whatever the case may be the ridiculously unwelcoming and dreary expressions they had on their faces when I walked into that restaurant was so revolting and so unbelievably irritating. If you hate your job or if you're biased and you're in the world of customer service GET OUT, people dont need your negativity because it rubs off on them and others. As for the rest of the staff, the tall european man with the pony tail has A+++ service absolutley amazing service he has a great voice and knows how to interact politely with customers I've heard it myself, as well as the Bartender who cheered me up after the unwelcoming greeting I recieved, I have yet to meet everyone else and I hope it will be better the next time I arrive. Merry Christmas to those who are confident and know they can provide great service to whatever customer they interact with and...
Read moreTimo I came in with a party of 14 and everyone I came with enjoyed their meal and cleaned their plates. We got pizza as an appetizer which was delicious. My whole party is from New York and everyone said the pizza was unreal! My 90 year old Nonno ordered a 2 pound fish, finished the whole thing, and claims it is the best fish he has ever had( He grew up in an ocean side village in Italy). Personally, I had yellowtail snapper that came with a lobster tortellini. This meal was out of this world. The Grouper served with blue crab risotto. My cousin ordered and had 0 complaints. He actually wouldn’t stop talking about it for the rest of the night. The portions were absolutely PERFECT. Fills you up while saving a little room for dessert and not making you feel bloated. The service was impeccable. Everyone was very friendly from the moment we walked in. Specifically our server, Jonathan, was very kind and was always checking in. Constantly cracking jokes and providing engaging small talk. For dessert the table got a couple of Tiramisu and Affogato. Not a single person was disappointed in the dessert. Everyone loved it! The tiramisu was unique and modern (Look at attached picture) Everything was plated beautifully and delicious. They also have a very diverse and beautiful wine collection Overall, Timo is a high end, “not your normal authentic Italian restaurant”. Everything has a little bit of a delicious interesting twist. Every person here would...
