Worst walgreen pharmacy Horrible costumer service, they dont disclose proper information and whrn you call them because they didnt give your pills, they give you attitude, call you liar, and said you already have they pills because you took them days before, when them therselfs send you a text saying that you didnt have a prescription for the pill, so I when today to my doctor and took the prescription to them...Im sick with bronchitis so my girlfriend when for me to the counter while I sat on the chairs, tbe girl at the counter said to her with attitude whrn you want this..not even looking at her to the eyes, my girlfriend said well I need them today since they are for my girl and she needs it for a treatment to start today...she whrn ahed and said well you have to wait 30 to 45 m ...so rude lime it was the end of the world...like it was so anoying that we ask that we need it those pills today...my girlfriend says yes we will wait we do need it....so we departed and around 35 to 45 minutes got the text that my pills were ready....we got back to the pharmacy made the line and got the pills pay the co- payment...when home and after I gather the pills since they are so many 5 to be exact...and I saw I was missing 1 wish is very important for my pain management..I ask my girl..hey did they tell you anything about this pill ehi isnt here...she said no...ok do I call the pharmacist...after several atempts I get a hold of them wish is now 8:30 and they close at 9... I tell them about the situation and the gentleman start to yell at me and says last name...I said my last name...he said your pill are in hold...I said to him why..? He says because you alredy took them last week..I told him thats incorect , I ask for it to be refill in the app, and it was sent to me a text that a prescription was need it, wish I took today to the pharmacy today...my girlfriend when to pick it up and this information about the hold wasnt given to her....in all this time this men never apologize for his error or for even screaming to me or cutting me everytime I try to tell him that he didnt fill the prescription corectly...sorry for the long post but I being 16 years customer of Walgreens but this pharmacy is just the worst of the worst...when my girl got to go over there again to pick up the clerk on the cashier yell at her and the gentlemen pharmacist tech..also refuse to apologize for the bad service he provide since he said he provide an apology to me on rhe phone wish is was a lie...shame on you..walgreen this people should not handle...
Read moreI drove from the point of Aventura to Walgreens in sunny Isles Beach to pick up my mother-in-law’s who passed away Friend who lives in Winston Towers 300.., it’s Traffic and by the time I parked the car, walked all the way back to the pharmacy. It was 129 and the gate of the pharmacy was closing because they have lunch at 1:30 so I told the lady because the half a gate was still open, I said listen it’s only 129. I need to pick up a prescription for nine years old lady., the answer was this is our lunch. The person name is Victoria. Thanks for nothing Victoria.. Then I was walking in the aisle and they saw lady named Claudia and I ask her for help and I explained to her what happened she called the store manager named Richard Martinez. She wanted the pharmacy and got the patient’s name from me with the phone number. He came out from the PHARMACY area and got everything straightened out, and we walked to the front to the part where they have the pictures taken and Claudia took over the processing, it was some issues that need pharmacy review so she went back to the pharmacy then back to her station then back to the pharmacy unless we got everything straightened out and I got those prescription for the need to old lady who desperately need her medicine because she had blood pressure 200 and thanks to the great people in that store I believe that’s Walgreens number 2129. I appreciate your efforts special things going to reach in Martinez who is a store manager who’s taking care of business very professional five star service if I can give them stars I would definitely would because the lady really need her medicine. Can ask for anybody better to manage the store...
