My 11 yrs old son was able to spend the whole week in a beautiful park surrounded by nature, caring staff, new friends and lots of fun! I was impressed how everything was very well organized! Children were busy doing different activities all day long. Meanwhile all the kids were 24/7 supervised and attended. They did hiking, kayaking, bicking, fishing, you name it! Organizers have brought and set up trampoline, inflatable water pool, and even field kitchen for preparing healthy food for children. I used to love going to their events until that time when I paid $250 for one, and it was canceled due to the weather and rescheduled for the day I couldn’t attend. I asked for the refund but instead they offered me a company’s credit. When I was about to use it, they said that they don’t have any info about my credit and that I owe them $100 for the cancellation. Of course, it was a misunderstanding and I decided not to deal with them ever again. Not to mention, I never got any refund because “based of the company policy” they don’t do refunds.
