We have ordered from this pace over the last 10+ years and today was the worst. They delivered 2 wrong pizzas and when I called to tell them, they lied that they did not have mushrooms at the store. But their online ordering system let me order mushroom on my pizza. I was told to call other Domino's in the area to check and no one had mushrooms. So I just asked them why did they not call me and tell me they didn't have mushrooms. I asked to speak to the manager but he wouldn't talk to me on the phone. Then they hung up on me. So my husband and I went to the store with the wrong pizzas and was going to talk to the Manager. The Manager saw us and knew we wanted to talk to him but continued making 5 pizzas and ignoring us. We saw him making mushroom pizzas so obviously they had mushrooms in the store. Finally, we looked at him and said we want to talk to him and then he went on a rant of how he never made mistake and that I ordered it wrong. I showed him my online receipt. He was very derogatory towards me (male chauvinistic)and then my husband yelled and said not to speak that way to his wife. It is not the $12 we care about for the pizza it is the customer service. When we asked if he was the owner he said he was not the owner. They had no names of owner or manager posted in the front where we could see it. All they had to say was "sorry we made 2 wrong pizzas" and just make us the correct pizzas. Finally, he mentioned the right pizzas are cooking. But at that point after all the derogatory remarks we did not want any pizza from them. We left the store without any of their pizzas. None of this was necessary. I feel sorry for the owner with employees like this. Wonder how many customers he is losing because of the manager's attitude. Just own up to your mistakes and make it right. Do not treat your customers like this. Domino's has lost...

Tonight we ordered a pizza with regular cheese, alfredo sauce, spinach, mushrooms and feta cheese. The team forget to put regular cheese on it. The pizza was a mess as it was just alfredo sauce with spinach, mushrooms, feta and a few random jalepenos. I called to request a refund and was put on hold and hung up on. When I called back, a team member told me that alfredo sauce looks a lot like cheese and asked me to bring the pizza back to prove it had no cheese. I let him know that we were already home and would rather not drive back to the store to prove we got a bad pizza. I offered to send him a picture and he agreed. When I asked him where I should email the picture, the line went silent and he hung up on me. I called the store again and no one picked up.

For the first time in decades I didn't give a tip because of the level of service I got today. I used to deliver pizzas and I know how bad it is when it's busy... But one thing happened tonight that was plain wrong. They marked my order as been delivered... 30 min before the order actually arrived... I'm calling shenanigans. I called the store and the man who answered told me "5 minutes" and it took another 15 minutes.
I wonder if they're pressured to forge statistics before they get in trouble by a Franchise manager?
Online ordering is deceptive and doesn't show you the upsells until you are in the checkout process. The online review process is also deceptive because they combine more than one element into questions, making them loaded questions that probably negatively impact their employees.
Overall, I just feel bad for the people working here because they are all really nice, and they seem overworked and they definitely are under-staffed.
