Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Sunnyvale

We used to really enjoy coming to this place for years, as it seemed to be a generous and cheerful place. Unfortunately today was ruined by someone who seemed like he was probably the owner. It's the end of the month so I tried to get my birthday month's free bundlet and also use up an offer I received for buy one get one free. I was told I could not use both promotions at once, which I understood as fair since it was only me in the store. So I went out to get my wife so she could use the second offer, but that was rejected too. We even offered to go out and come back a few minutes later, but the person seemed very stingy and wouldn't budge. We tried to explain nicely that there were now two of us using two separate promotions, but his mind was set on how I came in alone at first. Despite starting every sentence with "with all due respect," he kept interrupting and talking over us and saying that he couldn't give out the second promotion because of what it says on the coupon. In the end it seemed ridiculous that he would ruin a customer's day and experience just because he wanted to prove a point and not willing to give out one free bundlet. He kept saying that we should be happy that we could already buy one and get one free, but we couldn't seem to make him understand that there were two of us, and we'd like to use the other promotion while we were already there. Lets get this straight: I love NBC even though I dont care much for sweets/desserts.

This location is the closest to where I work and from time to time we get these at work for the whole team. They offer small, medium size cupcakes and even cakes that you can use for birthdays or occasions. Sure they are a bit on the pricier side but hey they are totally worth every penny. If you like cupcakes and havent tried this place yet, stop everything and just go there to try it out. Trust me, you wont regret it. My favorite at this location is the Red Velvet cupcake. I dont know if its their perfectly moist cupcake or their icing but it just melts in your mouth. I have tried a few of their other flavors and they also have different seasonal flavors and free samples at their store from time to time but for me, nothing beats red velvet, not even chocolate!

Parking in easy at this location and timings are also pretty decent for you to get a Bundtini any...
