The worst customer service I ever experienced at a Donuts shop. First the employee dropped a donut on the counter and went on to place it in the box and was not apologetic even after I told her to replace the donut with one that was not dropped on the counter. This is the same counter that people place cash and cards on. You can imagine it is dirty. Secondly, after buying a dozen donuts, I was told they dont throw in donut holes unless I spend over $10.00. My husband and I stopped by to grab donuts before heading to my son's baseball tournament. I asked the older woman if she could warm up my donuts, but instead of helping me, she simply pointed behind me and said 'microwave.' Despite having lived in this area for 9 years and frequenting this shop, we will not be back due to their poor customer service. Amazing Customer Service! not sure what that other one was complaining about...but this family always has smiles on their faces and a friendly greeting for you! Cleanest little Donut Shop in our area!! I've gone in to some and was scared to touch anything as it looked gross! But not here, everything looks new, Donuts look fresh, and the taste is amazing! We make this our stop most Sunday mornings on the way to Church, kids love their bunny face...
