One of the "Late Night" Taco Bells in the area... They are generally open until after midnight, and sometimes even later.
That said, they have been taking to turning off their street-facing lights, earlier and earlier each night. I assume / speculate this is a management or late night crew doing it purposefully, just to make them appear closed to those unfamiliar with the restaurant ... and slowly pulling their hours back from like night "post-bar hours," as their late night business continues to dwindle.
This place also seems to like to correct their customers from using the "shorthand" names for food items previously on their menu... which they still serve, to this date, but this crew likes to answer "sorry, we do not have that item on our menu anymore" - and instead, make them order another item, with the proper additions and subtractions to get what was desired. Truly stupid, and annoying.
Though, after all of that, their food still arrives to you piping hot - which is the most important for those late night...
Read moreCame in to the drive thru about 10 minutes ago, I asked the lady for a Nacho Supreme the Chalupa combo and 2 bean burritos. She seemed like she couldn’t hear me clearly thru the microphone. She took my order and I realized she had only put down for one Chalupa. I asked her if the Chalupa I had ordered was the combo meal. She said yes it comes with 2 Chalupas 1 taco and a drink. So I moved up to the window. When I got to the window she seem preoccupied talking with her co-worker, I got the food and realized she had only given me one Chalupa and no drink. I got her attention again and she started asking me about the order, I explained to her that the reason I had asked about the combo when I was ordering was because my order looked wrong on the screen. Instead of trying to fix the problem she tried to argue with me. Taco Bell needs to figure out what customer service really means . Worst experience I have had at a Taco Bell drive thru, definitely not returning to...
Read moreFamily members of the rotten toothed meth head employees hanging around the parking lot all hours. Husband of one employee drives an older blue Honda minivan, looks like he’s been to prison, possibly selling drugs from the parking lot. You’ll see him parked there often. Dangerous, I’ve been harassed and attacked once, currently prepping evidence for a police report to Sunnyvale PD. One employee’s boyfriend was threatening people (including me) with a baseball bat in the parking lot, I have pics.
Management will not escalate complaints from customers, ownership likely doesn’t know...but they will. Many employees would’t pass E-Verify, or a basic hygiene test for that matter.
I’ve literally smelled the lady handing me my food over the smell of the food. Lost my appetite looking at her meth-mouth teeth too.
Ownership needs to clean house and get a whole new staff.
Parking lot isn’t safe for young people after dark because of this. In Sunnyvale, CA...
