UPDATE; The owner responded to my review and asked me to email him/her. . I thought that was nice that he/she was concerned about the issues. I sent an email but never got a response back. I wasn't looking for a free meal just a response and some respect. Now I'm definitely not planning on returning any time in the future . A little customer service and follow through would have made a big difference We always go here but lately the service is horrible. The other day I was owed 4.96 in change I was given $4 when I said something the girl said she had no change. If that had been me I would have given the customer a dollar. I went to my car and found 4 cents so I could get the change owed to me. Then today I made an order to go when I got home with my cold food I was missing an item so I called, got hung up on them drove back to get it. I spoke to The supervisor ,who took my orde. She said, "what do you want it?" In a not so friendly tone. After speaking to 3 people not one apologized for my inconvenience or offered a cup of coffee while I waited or at the very least give me my forgotten hot instead of cold! A little customer service goes a long ways. If the supervisor realized this I wouldn't be writing a bad review. Everyone makes a mistake and a simple I'm sorry would have made a big difference. I recommend IHOP next door, that's where we are...

We always go here and today was the worst experience ever. The coffee mug that I was given had red lipstick stained on it. It was not washed properly. When we where served our food I grabbed the Tabasco sauce and it had a long hair on the cap stuck on the bottle. They forgot to bring us some pancakes that I ordered and when the server came out with them he mistakenly gave them to another customer. When he realized his mistake he went over and asked the customer for the pancakes and let him know it was a mistake. Then he proceeded to serve me them after he had given them to another customer. They were already cold. I was too embarrassed to say anything after letting them know about the mug and tabasco sauce. We couldn’t even finish our food of how disgusted we were so we just left it. I still paid the full tab and let the manager know about the service. I showed her pictures of the dirty mug and how the condiments had hair on them. All she could say was I’m sorry. I will never return to this establishment I literally threw up in the parking lot when we walked out. Worst...

I always tip at 20% and goes down with service. Tonight I gave no tip. Started good, 1. ordered food and ask for steak sauce that I did not get Did not get any napkins My steak didn't even had salt and pepper Tried to get staff attention with no luck and I was not going to make an seen The waitress didn't even check on us till 20 min later when we where done eating Got no bag with the Togo box Lastly. After we got home, at 9pm ish I thrown up the food so now I am pissed off How can you even justify your prices like 3.69 for 10 Oz of soda each when is cost less then .50

I make great money being and dine out every week. I have no problem tipping at 20% since my sister was an waitress back in the day... This place was crappy service and my food was trash , literally in the trash through my mouth.

I will never stop at this place again and your prices are not justify with food...
