I have been visiting this establishment for a few months based on a friend's recommendation. While I have encountered occasional issues with missing or incorrect items in my order, the young man who typically takes my drive-thru orders is consistently kind and professional, addressing any problems with care.
However, during my visit to the drive-thru on Monday, I was met with a rude greeting from an employee I’d never encountered before. Although I overlooked her lack of kindness, her disregard for my request when I asked for a specific number of sauces was concerning. I checked my bag and found that my request had been ignored.
I waited for her to return to the window and reiterated the number of sauces I needed. Her response was, "How many did I give you?" to which I replied, "Three." She then said, "Oh, I didn't count them."
It is perplexing why a server would not count the sauces when a customer makes a specific request. It seemed like she assumed I would leave without checking my bag and noticing her oversight. However, I always check my order before leaving due to previous issues.
To the welcoming young man who usually takes my morning orders, thank you! You are an excellent member of the Don Victors Taco Shop team, and they are fortunate...

5 stars for y’all for giving out good food being a recently opened business. I know it can be difficult as I have helped my father open up his taco shop as well.
In regards to the food, asada was tender and seasoned as well as the pastor (adobada). Fish tacos were good but could use some modifying. I’m guessing they use tilapia or catfish couldn’t distinguish. Either way still good but could use a different fish such as cod. The dressing is tartar sauce like which is good. Garnish could use some modifying as well like a cabbage mix instead of lettuce. Just my thoughts. Overall place is great.
To the “food critiques”: Place has recently been opened so go easy on em on the reviews and don’t be a**holes. Good people trying to...
