Bourbon Street Sports Bar #162 — Restaurant in Nevada

I am absolutely disguted by how my mom and I were treated this morning by a new bartender. We are regulars here and get along fabulous with Mark and the other workers. They are great people! Unfortunately, today we went in and there was a new woman working. I didn't catch her name but she was maybe in her late 20s, really small and skinny. Possibly of mexican or/and asian decent. From the moment we walked in my mother said "hello" and she didn't even respond. My mom then went to pull out money while I sat down at a slot machine. The bartender quickly walked over and told me that I can't have coffee from outside and I needed to get rid of it, or simply leave. She was INCREDIBLY rude. So much so that I almost thought she was joking. So I then responded with, "well my mom and I are here all the time and we understand that we can't bring in alcohol or bottles but it's a simple small coffee." She then said if I have a problem with the rules I can just leave. So, therefore we ended up leaving. It's just really sad that we've been coming to this place for years and spending a lot of money and all for one person to be unprofessional and extremely rude, ruining it all. Never coming...

I am usually not the type to write negative reviews but this place was not we expected. The 2 bartenders working (on a playoff football night) were extremely overwhelmed and understaffed. All of the tables were covered in beer bottles and glasses where everyone was clearing off tables themselves. There was a man who didn't work there was trying to help by cleaning up the tables and the bartenders told him not to. He was trying to help because there was not any places to set your drinks down and no visible trash cans. They were not serving food because "all of their dishes were dirty" and there was no toilet paper in the ladies restroom. The pool table and games kept jamming and the wait to get buckets of beer was about 30 minutes each time. Some positives were that their drinks are decent priced, you get tokens for every dollar you spend that works on the games and even though the staff was overwhelmed...

Went into Bourbon Street Sports Bar to have a drink after shopping. It's very hot here in Vegas & we were thirsty. First sat at the bar at a machine that didn't work correctly. Changed seats. We were there about 30 minutes & never got waited on. So we decided to leave. I had a ticket I cashed out so went over & gave it to the employee. She took the ticket put my money on the counter & never said a word. There was a sign on the counter asking for tips. She didn't get one from me. The place is decorated nicely & it's a place I could see myself hanging out in if they had employees who were at least friendly & waited on you. Second time I've been there with the same results.
