STAY AWAY!!!! I would like to start off by saying I feel like customer service nowadays is more important than ever considering how much competition there is in the retail market. That being said I can’t say I frequent Johnny Rockets very often or burger joints for that matter. My girlfriend was craving Johnny Rockets in particular this day because she really enjoys the food there. We made a trip out to our local Johnny Rockets which is a little ways from our home but worth making her happy. Our plan was to eat there and catch a movie next-door at the local movie theater. We arrived to Johnny Rockets about an hour prior to the start of the movie, which we figured would be more than enough time to eat and catch the movie, boy were we wrong. When we walked into the restaurant late that afternoon on a Sunday it was fairly empty so we assumed our timing was going to be perfect, right off the bat a couple of waiters approached us and asked us to take a seat wherever we would like and so we did. Soon after we sat down another waiter approached us and asked us if we had been seen yet and we said yes. Our waiter came soon after and took our drink orders and we went ahead and ordered our burgers as well because we already knew what we wanted, so within the first 10 minutes we were seated, we had already placed an order, so far so good. A few minutes later our drinks and fries arrived, we continued conversation as we ate our fries and realized about 15 minutes later we were already done with our fries and still no burgers, looking around for a waiter patiently until I was able to wave one down they assured us that our food was coming up very soon. At this point realizing we had already been there for over 30 minutes and still hadn’t gotten our main dish, we continued to wait patiently as another 15 minutes passed and no one even bothered to come by to ask how we were doing, at this point I became inpatient and was seeking our waiter to ask what was going on finally someone who seemed like a manager on duty approached us and apologized for the weight and said he was going to take care of us for the inconvenience, he asked if we wanted another milkshake or more fries and we said no thanks we just want our burgers he reassured us they were on the way. Paying close attention to my watch, another 15 minutes pass and still no food, at this point the movie we were hoping to catch has already started and I have had it with the restaurant. My girlfriend I get up and walk up to the bar tender and explain our situation as we ask for our check for the drinks and fries we had. I made sure to let her know that not only did we not receive even mediocre service but we also got to go home now that we missed the movie we wanted to watch. As we were handed our check our server approached us and said our food was about to come out. I laughed at the fact that he had the nerve to try to retain us even though he was still empty handed, ridiculous. To add insult to injury they had the nerve to hand us a check with gratuity included! out of control. We asked them to remove it and were not even offered an apology for the awful service we received. Needless to say we will never go back. When a business is wrong you should at least try something to...

We just did Kids Eat free night here on Tuesday. The food is decent. I compare the burgers to Steak ‘n Shake truthfully. They are not cooked to order, which means they are frozen patties. Their fries are great, especially dipped in BBQ or Buffalo or any sauce for that matter. Kids meals are decent. The kids sliders are one small burger divided into 2 sliders. The kids tenders are good, and good tasting too. Both come with tons of fries and a drink, as well as 40 point play card. That’s the best part. (Even though that only gets you 3-4 games at most) I had a single burger and it was tasty enough, as I said it’s compared to a fast food burger. My hub had a double with bacon and he said it was decent, but the bacon tastes more like pork grinds, which is a bit weird. Biggest issue on all burgers was the fact that ALL the buns were stale, so I dumped 90% of the bread. Servers are fine, seemed a bit annoyed most of our meal, but we didn’t care. Oh and the meals are a-La-cart, all entrees are just the item itself. Fries or rings are $4.50 extra or more. So a single burger and fries will run you $15. Overall if you go tues night you save $20 on kids meals, so you’ll only end up spending 30-40 on drinks and burgers. With the game room, even with the kids eating free it was still over $100 night! The game room attached is great but very expensive as most of the games are between 6-8 points each and $35 bucks only gets you about 20 min of play…. Overall it’s a place to visit at least once, but value and food wise, I can’t say...

Located in the Sawgrass Mills Mall, Johnny Rockets is a casual restaurant that serves a variety of burgers, sharable starters & sides, shakes, sandwiches, melts, and salads all under $10. They also have a bar menu with a 2-for-1 happy hour all day, every day. Once you enter the restaurant, someone will greet and welcome you, then tell you to sit down anywhere you like.

After overlooking the menu, my friend ordered a bacon cheddar burger with fries and I ordered a philly cheesesteak with fries. NOTE: The fries does not come with the burger/cheesesteak. It has to be ordered separately. Wait time was about ten minutes. Before the food arrived, my friend and I was watching the Cleveland Cavaliers vs the Golden State Warriors game on one of the many flat screens mounted on the walls. When the server brought our food, we dug in right away. The fries was fried to a tasty golden brown and though the philly cheesesteak was small, it was flavorful. A lightly toasted roll, which was soft, filled with tender sirloin steak, caramelized onions, and provolone cheese.

There was no complaints from my friend who was dissecting her burger. She gave me a piece to taste and it was very good and juicy. Our server was very pleasant. He would come by to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Overall, I enjoyed my dining experience at Johnny Rockets. If I am in the mood to make the long drive again, I will come back to try their burgers and...

I had ordered the double bacon cheddar with french fries and root beer... The root beer was refreshing I had three refills, The double bacon burger was on point nice and juicy with fresh onions fresh lettuce fresh tomatoes, the fries were so hot and crispy you can tell they just came out of the fryer very nice although I waited 28 minutes for my food it was delicious... I ordered my food and after it was getting a little bit too long for anybody I called the manager over and asked him if he could check on it he went to the back spoke to the server and the cook came back to the front and told me that he was very sorry but unfortunately the first time they cooked it they burned it and they didn't want to send it out burn food so they were in the process of re-cooking it I thought that was really cool... Because I work itb, I know how it can be and how I can get so no biggie.. To watch the eating review video check out My YouTube channel.
