What a bad experience in customer service, the young brunette girl who does not have even a tag name.This young girl does not know what is to serve customers with a pleasant face, she is always like upset and she behaves like she does not want to be there, I had an issue with my ice cream because she gave me more of one of the flavors than the other one and I complained about it and she called her supervisor, who was Sebastian and I was expecting the best from him but he made worse. He said he would make a better experience for me and he would give another one, but he did it totally wrong. He gave more of one flavor again and less of the other one plus he stated he needed to weight it (?) when none of the two serves weights anything at all!!. When he gave me the cup of ice cream with the two flavors, it looked terrible and I did not take it and I said to him thanks for nothing, you do not know how to please a customer after saying he was going to improve the service given before by the other young girl, and I walked away from the store. Stopped by this afternoon and we saw this vegan gelato and got so excited about it.paid for it !now its time to wait till the guy scoop the gelato but then he got distracted by customer that just walk in and forgot about us he started giving them samples then i said help us first pls then he said oh ok (what!) anyway i let it slide then he started scooping a non vegan and told him again that its the vegan then scoop the choco vegan then started scooping a non vegan to topped the vegan so i got annoyed coz this is really a very bad customer service I forgot to take a photo coz the cup was so filthy in drips. The product is nothing special.... Just Ok. But what is incredible is that even if they use whipped cream for some product they not serve on the top o the ice cream.... Let me tell you that an ive cream without whipped cream on the top is like a pasta with tomato sauce without a parmesan cheese on the top.... You can not refuse to serve it if you have the product.
