Wendy's — Restaurant in Sunrise

One thing I’ve learned from doing these goggle reviews is cook “fast food “ at home !!!!!!! It’s unhealthy first of all secondly the service you get from these people that are serving us I doubt we’re getting high quality food! The woman who served me was unpleasant she clearly did not want me there and made it apparent this is not the first time because she never gets my order right and today when I pay over 18 bucks is unacceptable. I sat at the window tonight for more than 3-5 mins waiting for her to come back to correct it honked my horn 3x no answer so I drove off . It’s my fault cook at home !!!!!!! If you watch your cameras I sat at the drive thru prior to the window I was considering going to McDonald’s for about 3 mins but the u turn at the light at sunrise and university made me change my mind. (Which now I wish I should have not only do they have reward points and free food they get your order right and when they are wrong they STAY AT THE WINDOW UNTIL IT IS CORRECT !!!!!! Obesity is a problem EAT AT HOME PEOPLE; these people can’t be trusted with our food period ! Look at their attitudes nasty just nasty I didn’t ask them to be there they ask to be there . I don’t blame them I blame myself for driving...

Question for the owner of this wendys on 2471 University drive. IS IT STORE POLICY TO PACK THREE OR MORE ORDER OF FOOD on top of each other, in ONE BAG?? Because this was told to me by you supervisor at this store. Even after COVID-19 I have had a lot of issues with this Wendy’s store CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I buy multiple order of food … I receive my order, looking in the bag I see sweet and sour in my fire box some time ketchup packets…. Also the nuggets. You sometimes have fires packed on top of each other napkins and all kind of stuff on the food or all over the food before consumption. I think this is unhealthy. And measure need to be taken to ensure proper presentation of food I. Fast food restaurants…. Let me know what...

Overall, it took 20+ minutes to get through the drive thru!

When I got in line, the car at the speaker was waiting a while. I started timing a minute or so after I got in line because the car was just sitting there. I estimate that car took around 5 minutes waiting to place its order. The next car took 4:49. The next one was 5:57. They got to me more quickly at 2:17. The car after me took 2:39.

In their defense, at the window I heard what sounded like a lot of training going on. There was a sign at the speaker saying they were hiring, starting at $10/hr. So, guessing not a lot of people applying.

There were 6 cars waiting at one point. Two of them left because of the wait. I doubt I'll go back any time soon. Don't want to wait 20+ minutes...
