Oh. My. God. Where do I even start? I came to this Burger King expecting to be treated like, well, a king. Instead, I was treated like the assistant to the assistant regional manager of a failing paper company.
Let’s break this down:
First, the drive-thru employee sounded like they were narrating a documentary about sadness. Zero enthusiasm. Zero customer service. Honestly, I’ve had more engaging conversations with my GPS.
Then, we pull up to the window, pay (no issues there, shockingly), and drive to the next window, where we are greeted with confusion and hostility—a classic Burger King combo, apparently. When we politely confirmed our order, we were met with the kind of attitude that I haven’t seen since Stanley on Pretzel Day ran out of cinnamon sugar.
And then? THEN?! Our food was practically shoved out the window like we were dogs begging for scraps. I almost expected them to toss it on the ground and yell, “Fetch!”
To make things worse, they shorted us an order of fries. FRIES. The most important part of the meal. The very foundation of fast food satisfaction. It was right there on the receipt, yet somehow, in an ironic twist, the “King” of burgers failed at simple addition. You know who wouldn’t have forgotten the fries? Chili’s.
I left feeling defeated, my spirit crushed like a stale onion ring under a broken soda machine. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy—except maybe Toby.
One star. And that’s only because negative stars aren’t an option.
Final verdict: Do better, Burger King. Because right now, I’m considering a merger…...

I've tried this Burger King several times and although on rare occassions its reasonably decent. The majority of the times have been an absolutely horrible experience.
My most recent visit I couldn't even give them my order. When I arrived, I was only the second person in line at the drive threw. It took almost 15 minutes for the person in front of me to just give them their order, and I have no idea how long they were there before me. When they finally gave their order and I pulled up to the kiosk. I was there for about 15 minutes and never heard a word from the employee. I asked if anyone was there several times and no one responded. I watched 2 people in the second line leave because they were no taking their orders either. Then they took 2 orders from the second line and still would not even respond to me when I finally left.
Previous trips to this Burger King saw an average wait time of around 45 minutes to get my food. Half the time the food was cold, so I was basically waiting 45 minutes to receive something that was prepared about 2 or more hours before.
The staff are rude and give you the sense you are truly inconviencing them by ordering from their restaurant, and probably are intentionally forcing customers to wait long durations because they don't want to have to...
Read morewent once it was horrible. Thought maybe it’s a fluke and haven’t been back in probably a year. I went for a fry and 2 chicken jrs (which btw slap at any other location mind you) and I mean it was not just cold and hard but when I went to give it a little nibble there was a perfume kind of smell like someone was handing the food with their bare lotioned up hands and then let it sit in the warmer to marinate. Not only that, but once I came back around the drive-through to ask him if he would remake them and I was being super nice and even apologized, he told me that they don’t deal with things like that in a drive-through and that I need to come inside after I’m already in a rush because I had to come back through the drive-through so now you want me to get out of my car since when is this policy also would be one thing if you had said it nicely but you say it with an attitude? Who does that grow up? If you really hate your job that much then don’t do it, but don’t punish other people for coming to the place that you work because guess what if that job and those customers don’t exist and those restarting cease to exist then WE don’t exist then those are less jobs for everyone else. I work in the restaurant industry and we need these jobs. What do you just want robots to do these jobs from now on? Is that your goal?...
