I visited this location yesterday. I found a foreign object after one bite, a piece of wax paper or part of a napkin, I couldn’t really tell initially since it was soaked in mayo. I promptly returned to the store with the sandwich to inform the lady working. I was not upset at first, just more shocked to find something other than edible items in my sub. The way she spoke to me was nauseating and unnecessary. “That didn’t come from my sandwich line. You sabotaged your own sandwich.” was her response. What??!!! I’m not going to detail her condescending comments and rudeness, but do not be surprised if you encounter poor customer service here. I could not believe what I was hearing. There were however, two very kind and respectful male employees who were very nice.
Yes, I have nothing better to do than waste 45 minutes driving back and forth on my lunch hour to put an object in my sandwich so I could sabotage myself and not eat my meal. She refused to refund my money because she said she had no access to the cash drawer. Hmm, you took my cash, but can’t return it for an uneaten, inedible sandwich? My last 4 orders have been weirdly off - nothing overly big but just little points of service or quality that keep showing themselves. I understand it is first world problem. •At some point they started adding so much ice that my soda is completely watered down by the time I get it, and I don’t drink it fast, so I end up drinking watered down syrup or throwing it away, no straw, no napkins - it now makes more sense to just go down to vending machine. Last week I ordered an unwich and it was a single leaf of lettuce, it was basically a meat roll. Today all of the things with the drink, the straw, the napkins - I even made sure again that the napkin but was toggle and added - no ice to my name and the delivery instructions and then the pickle was weird with a super rubbery (almost dried out skin that was re hydrated).
I talk to the driver and he is always helpful and I end up settling that it is a one off.. I just think that at this point it is becoming the norm.
When they are on they are on but when they are off it feels way too far off. This is my call to action - please find consistency I love having a jimmy...

When they hit they hit but they miss often. I am tired of placing orders only to wait to see if my credit card clears or if I even get food that day. This place is embarrassing I'm embarrassed for JJ and sunset hills for allowing such a mediocre business to take such prime real estate..don't ask for it to be left on your porch vs in person delivery..they will steal it LOL classy
Avoid+ head to any other JJ it's clear that's how this location rolls. Hopefully the owner has given the video to shpd so they can help solve the embezzlement case ..seems like the staff here are beyond help they definitely are aware when the phone rings even if it goes to a full mailbox.
