First time at this newly-opened location and it soured my taste for the brand. The chicken tenders were small and overcooked. The fries were cold and soggy, not crispy. And my large Coke had an off-putting taste; either the formula ratios were off, or the soda dispenser needs to be cleaned more thoroughly.
The reason for one star for service, is due to lack of response. I felt I should be able to get replacement meal, or a partial refund. No response from store, and the only other option is to use the customer support site, which means my issue won't be resolved in a timely fashion.
Also, just be aware: I used the drive-thru, and the lines were super-long, as could be expected for a newly-opened restaurant. I wonder whether the large queues changed the way the restaurant...

When I got to the window, the girl standing there barley interacted with me. I had to get her attention just to ask a question. I asked no Ketchup but yet it was in the bag. It's very wasteful and showed they weren't paying attention. The second time I went with my daughter, we dined in. One lady started sweeping under our table and my daughter had to lift her legs for the employee. Then another employee stated cleaning and wiping our table down while we were still sitting there. If you want to rush your customers out, then just tell them to leave. It was a bad experience and hopefully these employees will learn from...
