She is very patient and gives awesome suggestions if you like custom drinks. The best part is I can get to go packs and make my SB teas and shake at homeā€¦and they even ship them!!! I have been to multiple nutrition shops and Surf Break is my all time favorite and I continue to come back over and over for the quality products and service!!!

The owner is so kind and educated on product ingredients, and they can custom make anything you want. They also give great recommendations for shakes and teas if you prefer sour or sweet. This place is steps from the beach and is so cute inside! There are also lots of options for kids without caffeine, and anyone can find something they love on the menu because it has a HUGE variety!

Delicious smoothies and protein coffee. Cute display of jewelry and other accessories. Plus the staff was incredibly nice. My son spilled his smoothie while I was waiting for mine. My husband and I cleaned it up, but the staff was so sweet and understanding and patient. 100% would come here again.

In town visiting for the week stopped in to surf break nutrition after a morning run and was very impressed with the entire experience. From the greeting I got when I walked in the door to the vendor items she had for sale and the incredible shake.
