We order from the SAME Domino’s location,at minimum, once a week. We placed an order tonight at 6pm and at 6:30 we get a call saying they don’t deliver to our address. Tried explaining we order from there all the time and “Jessica” said they don’t deliver to our house. This is the second time that it’s happened; the first time was when it was almost closing time and they brushed us off to another location and now this time. I’m assuming it’s because it’s the weekend at a very busy time for pizza delivery. However I am currently sitting on hold waiting to talk to a manager for 27 minutes (and counting). The app doesn’t even let us change the Dominos location, it sets itself to the closest one that delivers to us. Obviously, we are ordering our dinner elsewhere tonight and now any other time we want pizza we will go somewhere that WANTS our business. Horrible customer service with lazy employees who would rather lie and lose regular customers than do their job! EDITED TO UPDATE: Hung up and called again, without a wait after having been on hold for 39 minutes. Read moreI’m so sorry to make this and I usually never do but tonight was just ridiculous. So my father is old and has a hard time with orders, so I wrote down exactly what we get. A miscommunication happens (as they do) and the pizza got messed up. So he gets back home and I take a bite and it has the wrong sauce on it. I’m pregnant and I have a really really hard time with tomato sauce right now. I tell my dad I’m going to call them and see if there’s anything we can do about this cause I knew I wrote down everything and was confused about what happened. I explain the situation to the woman on the phone and she explained the miscommunication. Totally understandable but from what she explained I know my dad asked her for something and confused him. So I apologized for not being there with him and asked if there was anything we could do about this. She gets super mad at me on the phone huffing and puffing saying “I guess I could remake the pizza for you.” And continues to be pissed off until the phone call was ended. Read moreToo many times have I ordered from this place; requesting delivery, and my order was cancelled without notice. They made it seem as though my order was cancelled for delivery due to the time that my order was placed, and yet the delivery guy walked out of the store 30 minutes AFTER I placed my order with another order that was placed AFTER MINE WAS PLACED! There were times when my card was charged without refund, and I was often left waiting on my order without notice that my order was cancelled. I have ALSO had to fight with my bank, because my money wasn’t refunded, where investigations were put into place! I’m sick of waiting on false promises of refunds, and cancelations without notices! They always keep the phone lines closed with busy signals, as if they are too busy to answer as well! Why not contact your customers and let them know that you cancelled their orders?! Why not answer the phone when calls come through?! I mean it is in the 9pm hour, and you are hardly busy at that time!
