Received something different then my order, initially was denied a refund, called taco bell corporate twice and then received a refund.
On 5/16/17 I visited this taco bell (Franchise) location and ordered a drink ( during happy hour ) and two burritos. I noticed I had been charged the non-happy hour price for the drink and received a refund correcting the drink price. When I got home and tried each burrito I realized they had both been made massively incorrectly and called the store to speak with the general manager. She told me she had been making the food when I visited and had received no order like that. She further claimed she couldn’t find my receipt in the register and none of the employees I described to her remembered me.
That night I sent an email to the store using taco bells website contact information. I saw the store number matched the number on my checking account hold. They didn’t contact me back and I had to call and speak to taco bell corporate twice (over a few days) before this franchise location contacted me.
On 5/27/17 they called me and I received my refund that morning and I was offered a free combo by the manager. The manager spoke to me politely on this visit.
Overall my experience was incredibly frustrating. I did everything correctly when at the location. I didn’t receive what I ordered and when speaking with the manager I was treated with suspicion and muted hostility. I had to call taco bell twice before this franchise location responded to me. Read moreI pulled up at the drive thru at 11:09am to place an order & I was not immediately greeted. I said hello & received a response from the taco bell associate advising to wait to place my order. After a minute passed by I was asked to place my order. I ordered two potato soft tacos & requested them to be made the way they are pictured/ advertised on the menu. The taco bell associate declined my request advising that the soft potato taco has to be wrapped/folded in their paper to serve it in. I was not pleased with the response but accepted it & proceeded to pay at the window. I paid with no issue, received my food, checked the tacos for accuracy & was shocked to see stale, dismembered, overloaded with sauce sloppy tacos with barely any lettuce/cheese. I immediately showed the tacos to the taco bell associate, requested the food to be remade & advised I would come inside to prevent from delaying the drive-thru line. Once inside I handed the bag to the taco bell associate & shortly received a remade order that was just as worse as the original order! The soft taco shells were stale, breaking apart & an excessive amount of sauce was on them with barely any lettuce/cheese. That was unacceptable so I requested a refund & received it with no apology or empathy from the taco bell associates or management. I will not recommend this location to anyone EVER! Read moreIf I could give my experience a lower score, I would. I waited a while to write this, thinking I would get over it all, but no, I haven't. I was a chaperone for a band group of about 75 kids. Around 20 kids, plus myself decided on Taco Bell for dinner around 7:30 on March 31st, 2019. While in the back of the line, I had several kids come up to me and said "Rose" was being rude and asking them to leave and they were trying to order their food. These kids were tired and just wanted food, they were not rowdy or disrespectful like the employee. Our line decided to go to the order kiosk to avoid her. We had to ask for our drink cups and the back slung our food towards us spilling some on the counter. One of the workers in the back kept taking her hair up and down without washing her hands and was plain nasty. Rose was heard asking, I guess the manager, to close the lobby. Seriously, this is how you run a business?? I was told other things happened as well, but I don't have time to get into it on a review. I contacted Taco Bell corporate and received a phone call from a Mr. Gilbert. When I returned his call, he was busy and never bothered to call me back to discuss the worst fast food experience ever.
