Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Symmes Township

I placed a pick up order for 12:23pm on 4-14-17. I placed it at 11am. I arrives at 12:18pm to pick up. When I got there I went to the online pick up spot and was asked politely my name for the order. The young man said he was working on it. The dark haired, short young lady asked the time and said"the order was for 12:23 and it is only 12:18.".. First time visiting this location in years, and it was upgraded really nicely. The food is consistently good at the various locations I've visited. I used to get the Club Supreme all the time, but lately I've been getting the Turkey and Provolone on wheat. Nothing like really sliced good quality meat on your sub. What is it about Jersey Mike's that they always have the best employees? I go to this location and the blue ash location all the time. They are so nice and friendly. It's Jersey Mike's so the sandwiches are always the best. But the people there are always great. So nice. Not fake or corporatey at all. Just good people.
