The female manager Sept 7, 2024 at 5:30pm lies so much. She just used 3 different names (Hope, Natalie and Alicia) within 2 hours. When she told me her name was Natalie she said that she was the only female manager for the past 4 years at that location. We contacted this store the same night and the very next day, where this same girl said she would investigate onions being put all over our food, after ordering it with no onions. It's been a couple days later, and my mom calls back because I reminded her that nobody ever called her back. The lady says she will credit her 2 pastas & tots, when my mother couldn't even eat that night. We had a huge order of pizzas, wings, pastas, tots, & a sandwich. The only thing that did not come with onions was the wings. Then I called to tell her she could just refund. She told me so many different stories to include that my mother didn't even talk to her, it must have been a different store- this was when she said her name was Natalie. She was asking for the order number that I didn't know off the bat, but then I got it to her. She said she couldn't give I refund this late. It's been like 3 days and because of her it's taken this long. She told my mom that she would have to investigate a couple days ago and today she said she was looking at the notes and that's all she could do. Then my mom went in tonight to talk with her, Not even 10 minutes after I get off the phone with her- when she says her names Alicia, And she said you know what I'm not going to do anything for you. I won't eat food from them again, with this kind of service. It's like they did the onions on purpose. This lady must really hate her job because I just read a bunch of other one star reviews. I wouldn't hire her. If she applies another for another job, I hope they come and read...
Read moreMy husband and I went to pick up several pizzas my daughter had ordered online for our grandson's birthday party. We got there and the manager said that the order had been cancelled and a refund was pending for my daughter. He couldn't tell us WHO had cancelled the order and seemed unconcerned, as if it was somehow my daughter's fault (even though she had a confirmation email from Domino's and were expecting it during the birthday party).
So we ordered the pizzas again.
The manager refused to honor the deal that the pizzas had been ordered with originally, stating that the app that Domino's uses for customers to order through is a third-party app! Convenient for being able to not honor deals that the company is apparently lying about.
So not only did they screw up an order that children at a child's birthday party was waiting for, they then said they have no responsibility to honor the app that Domino's uses for online orders!
Instead of at least giving us the online deal, not just because it's on the company's app but because they cancelled our online order and made a child's birthday party have to wait for over half an hour for the pizzas, they charged us full price and sent us on our way!
I will never go back to this Domino's again. After all, we do have other choices!
The manager needs trained in how to actually have good customer service because his service was terrible.
The pizza was...
Read moreMy family and I have been given wrong orders consistently every single time we go to this Domino's Pizza, we have been going back because every time they have been offering to give us free pizzas next time. Today we called and an employee informed us that our free pizzas had been revoked and the manager, Vicky, had attached a note saying never to give us free pizzas because we keep changing orders when we get there. We have never changed orders in fact they tell us that they messed up not the other way around. We asked for her supervisors phone number again, like we had in the past and it didn't work again, so we called the Layton Domino's and they informed us that they can't give us the area supervisor's phone number, so obviously the phone number was fake or she was breaking company policy and giving it to us. The Layton Domino's offered to take care of us without me even explaining everything or asking which surprised me since, Vicky told us that it wasn't that she didn't want to give us the pizza's, but the computer system wouldn't allow her to without another order to backcredit it to, an obvious blatant lie seeing as Layton gave it to us without even asking for an explanation, the only reason I will ever buy Domino's again is because of the awesome customer service in Layton, Don't bother going to the one in Syracuse as long as Vicky is...
