Staff at this location are Amazing!

We stopped in for lunch two weekends in a row while in town for sports! Each time there was a line out of the door but, everyone working still carried great attitudes and got us in and out as fast as they could. I let them know my daughter had a gluten allergy and I was worried about cross continents, Cassie took extra time to clean a prep area and get new ingredients for her lettuce wrap! For starters, I go to Jimmy Johns all over the country. I called to place an order, and who ever answered wanted to play games on the phone. Instead of answering “Hello, this is Jimmy Johns, can I take your order?” They answered, “yo”. I asked if I had jimmy johns and he said “yo, yo, yo”. Still figured there must be a mistake, I hung up and called back. Same thing when he answered again. I asked if that’s how you are supposed to answer, and he asked “how should I answer”, I replied with, “as if this was your business”. Terrible customer service, probably an outlier, but I won’t be ordering from...

I wish I could give glowing reviews about this location but I can't. Its not as if my visit here wasn't good, it was simply... okay. Nothing bad happened with my sandwich and nothing exceptionally great about the service. Everything was what any reasonable person would and should expect when being a customer anywhere.

I can say the men's room was very clean considering being a downtown busy location. I did notice a few items I haven't previously seen at any Jimmy John's, such as an option for sprouts and an Italian sandwich which my daughter ordered that...
