Starbucks — Restaurant in Tacoma

I was trying to get coins for the meter outside the Starbucks at UW Tacoma so I could take her to her academic advisor meeting and was DENIED! The guy at the register was cool but the manager on duty said "You have to make a purchase to open the register" I was wearing my work uniform (Federal), had $2 in my hand, no one else was in line, and they couldn't do that for me. I went across Pacific to Anthem Coffee and they didn't hesitate. The worker opened up the till, gave me some quarters and said, thanks for coming in. That's customer service. Nice hangout by University Bookstore and across from Washington State History Museum. Spinach feta wrap was nice (one of 2 meatless entrees) and piping hot as I like, but almost missed out cuz server at first denied they carried such a thing till she conferred with colleagues and I pointed out a facsimile of same in the display case. Wasn't willing to exchange food that was ordered on a delivery which was early in the morning... When the bag was sealed ... And when I went to the customers. building front where to deliver it to .. at 500 in the morning.. the bag all the sudden poured out of the bottom and ruined the order.. I was devastated.
