My friend and I came to get 2 Dubai chocolate strawberry cups, there was no line and it still took 10+ minutes. Then when they brought them out there was barely any chocolate and I had said something about there being no chocolate and one of the employees began just trying to explain it away instead of offering a remake. Me and my friend left and sat in the parking lot debating on coming back. We finally went in and asked for a remake cause it just wasn’t made right. Then they decide they will remake it, while they went in the back to remake it you can literally hear the employees talking about us because there’s no roof over the little back room they have to make stuff. How unprofessional to hear that. When they brought out the new ones there was literally maybe 5 strawberries and and overload of the pistachio mixture and again the worker wanted to explain away why it was made with barely any chocolate. Here’s the thing, why have your menu how you a nice cup with perfect portions of everything and then come out with something not even looking like the menu at all. I was really excited to try this spot, but it ended up being very underwhelming for the price. On the day we arrived, the ceiling was leaking water into a bucket, and it was humid inside with no A/C. My partner was also disappointed with the service.

We ordered the Kinder Bueno pancakes, which came out after ten minutes, and the Four Seasons waffle, which took another 30 minutes—even though the café wasn’t busy. Another guest who ordered after us received their Four Seasons waffle before ours. I ended up sharing my pancakes with my partner because theirs came out so late. By the time their order would have arrived, mine would have been completely cold, and I didn’t want to eat in front of them while they waited.

We also ordered two different flavors of iced lattes, but there was so much ice in the cups, and the cold foam was so thick that the liquid wouldn’t even come out properly.

We went to this location after try yo attend the grand opening in Lakewood. We are so glad we did! It was very cozy with good music (a little loud). The employees were friendly and the riding process was nice. No pressure kiosks walk you through all of the prompts. They had everything we needed at self serve areas including water. The chairs were comfy and was room for our stroller. Great food and good sized portions. The sandwiches came with chips which was a pleasant surprise. It was $62 something for a dmturkey pesto sandwich with extra meat, a dubai strawberry chocolate cup, a lavendar matcha, pumpkin spiced Chai, and the pecan pancake cup.
