Mattie is what makes living at The Brewery Lofts the best experience we’ve ever had renting an apartment! We’ve now been living here for about 3 weeks and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mattie went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect loft then helped get us squared away with our move in day (she was outside when we arrived to welcome us and take us on a tour of our new loft and the building). We’re so grateful for all the extra bits of help and for always being available for a phone call or email to answer questions or help when needed. I called the leasing office as we were interested in touring a 2B/2B. We scheduled a tour for Monday, 25 July. I called back on July 20th to confirm the tour and spoke to someone who seemed confrontational and stated they had no one one scheduled to tour apartments that day. Needless to say, we will forgo even touring the apartment simply by how rude and unwelcoming this leasing office representative was over the phone. I didn’t catch her name, but she repeated numerous times she was the only person to schedule tours.. it’s fine, we’ll take our business...

Just moved into the Brewery Lofts, and Mattie at the front desk has been amazing, guiding me from the first tour to getting settled into my apartment.
