Bossman's Bistro & BBQ — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I was in Tallahassee for an hour and found these really nice folks right around the corner. I had a rib and chicken dinner that was very good. The ribs were the highlight. They were tender, smokey, and covered in a unique bbq sauce that I would describe as a vinegar or mustard based sauce combined with a sweet spicy one. The service was excellent and the people were so friendly. They threw in a free peach cobbler that was made in house and was excellent. I did not give the food 5 stars because the sides were not as good as the meat. The baked beans were tasty but we're incredibly sweet. When I opened the lid I was hit with the smell of brown sugar and maple syrup and was just too sweet for my tastes. The green beans had great flavor but were super salty. Everything...

My name is Shaun and the first time I visited this amazing BBQ restaurant I WAS SOLD TO IT JUST bought. Not only from the impeccable service but the authenticity of the food. I'm a picky eater in the reverence of not liking everything as well as eating small amounts of one plate for long periods of time. HEAR ME OUT, I ATE ON ONE RIB CHICKEN COLESLAW AND GREEN BEAN PLATE FOR 1 WEEK. THE MICROWAVE COULD NOT TAKE AWAY THE AUTHENTIC TASTE NOR TEXTURE OF THIS CAREFULLY CURATED BABRQ CUISINE.
