I came in on a Saturday afternoon. There were two employees working. The one who was supposed to be greeting customers and taking the initial order was by far the most rude and unprofessional worker I’ve ever come across. There was not just no response to me greeting her and being polite, but I was given the look of disgust and completely ignoring me. Her “questions” were literally single words with a questioning tone; her portions were half a spoon of every single item, including extra toppings. So much so, that when I politely asked for extra cheese and she put the smallest amount of cheese I’ve ever had a Chipotle employee serve, I politely asked her to put more cheese on there and she put down literally a pinch of cheese as extra. Like a pinch meaning two fingers grabbing the tiniest amount of something. The employee also proceeded to slam down spoons after using them and looking at me like she was doing me a favor and I was out of my mind expecting her to do anything. Now, when the bowl finally got moved down to the cashier, I very politely asked her for an extra side that the other employee ignored. When the cashier proceeded to assist me with that, the other rude employee walked over to her. While turning her back towards us and facing the cashier, that employee proceeded to very loudly discuss the portion she administered and commenting on my order. Furthermore, the trash was overflowing, the utensils container was empty, tables were dirty. Chipotle isn’t known for good customer service, but this one is by a landslide the absolute worst location I’ve been to with no standards. Also, all the reviews that are positive with one sentence descriptions seem very generic and very fishy. Still not enough of them to cover up reviews like this that actually describe what this location truly...

On April 22, 2025, I placed an order through DoorDash for two burrito bowls from Chipotle. Each bowl was supposed to include: Cilantro rice Black beans Double honey chicken (later changed to regular chicken and steak, per a call from the delivery driver) Veggies Extra extra corn salsa Sour cream Cheese
I ordered the following on the side: Sour cream Vinaigrette Red chili salsa Green chili salsa
However, when I received my order and opened the bowls, I was extremely disappointed. Both bowls contained only a large portion of rice, black beans, corn salsa, tomato salsa, and sour cream, no protein, no veggies, and none of the extras that I specifically selected and paid for.
This order cost me over $30, and what I received was nowhere near what I paid for. It felt like I received a pile of leftovers rather than a customized meal. To make matters worse, the store had already closed by the time I received the delivery, leaving me no opportunity to report the issue directly.
It’s incredibly frustrating to spend my hard earned money and receive such poor service. I have video and photo evidence of the order and will be reporting this specific location for unacceptable service and quality.
I expect to be contacted with a resolution or full refund immediately.

Read moreHorrible experience! The employee was rude, the serving area was extremely messy, and they didn't have the most important items to make the entrees. When I approached the counter, the employee looked upset. He didn't greet me nor made eye contact. When informing him off the sofritas bowl ingredients I wanted, he shook his head and said "we don't have any brown rice." I then accepted the white rice. They were out of black beans, which made me have to get the other beans. I asked for sofritas, which obviously hadn't been stirred un a while, so I asked him to stir it prior to putting it in my bowl. I guess that irritated him, due to how hard he banged the spoon on the container. I asked for grilled peppers & onions and cheese, only to be told they're out. At that time, I asked him if it was closing time since they were out of everything and he shrugged his shoulders. The other guy then said they close at 11, which was over 2 and a half hours away. The cashier was friendly and they did have forks & napkins, which was the only positives for my experience. In the future, it would be nice if they informed customers of what is out, prior to starting their entrees. Also, wipe down the serving area so it looks clean when the customers are present. As a loyal Chipotle customer, this was the worst experience I've ever had. I hope they aren't like this daily, because that is bad for business. I usually go to Chipotle on Tennessee Street, which is where I'll continue to go, regardless of what side of town I'm on when hungry. Do...
