Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tallahassee

If I could give this place zero stars and it be accounted for, I would. Passing through Tallahassee we stopped to used the bathroom and grab food. The bathroom was the dirties bathroom I've seen. They were not even busy so there was no reason someone couldnt have been cleaning it. The tras was over flowing, there was paper towels all over the floor, PUDDLES of water on the floor, no toliet paper in the other stall which I learned from the lady in it who asked me if i could pass her some. The bathroom should have been a clear indicator not to eat there but we did anyway. why? idk. THe cashier was not friendly at all, as we waited which seemed like forever to get our food, there was a guy in street clothes walking behind the counter, talking to the employees and just hanging out on his phone, and after a short while, he left. Once we got our food we didnt check it just got out of there. Outside we saw the guy that was behind the counter in street clothes, working under the hood of his car and another car. Once we got in the car and got settled, I dispersed the food, and when I say SLOPPY, it was ridiculous. The dorito tacos are normally put in a carton like shell to catch excess, we had 6 of those but they were not in a carton and appeared as if a one yr old wrapped them, as they were not actually wrapped at all. Therefore the excess was falling out and the inside of the bag was smeared with taco meat juice. I guess more so as if the cook was using dirty gloves. Idk. I believe my husband got a steak quesadilla which didnt have much cheese and was hardly melted so the meat fell out as he tried to eat it. It was horrible. Im mad at myself that we didnt take it back. We were driving from south FL to AL so I guess we were just anxious...

The opposite of fast food. We had to wait about 10 minutes in line just to order our food at a kiosk and then it took 30 minutes just to get our drink cups. At this point we complained about the wait, and were given a half hearted excuse about them being understaffed, no apology, no compensation. Naively thinking that it couldn't possibly be much longer before we would get our food, we sat back down with our hungry kids and continued waiting for our food. It took another 25 minutes for our food to come out. We placed our order at 6:15 and didn't receive our food until 7:10!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable. As we were finishing our food a fight broke out between other furious customers who had been waiting for their food and the employees. The employees were upset because the customers still waiting for food warned some new people who came in not to waste their time because the wait time was an hour. We were given no warning whatsoever by staff that the wait would be longer than usual, let...

We are traveling with a 7 on 7 football team with about 10 kids. We went into this location and told the associates that the ticket would all be on one order. We asked if we could get each of the kids orders bagged separately to keep the confusion of the their orders down. The staff insisted that we paid for all of the orders separately so that they could be bagged separately. I know that there is a way to keep it all on one ticket while also having the orders bagged separately. It appeared to me that they just didn’t want to do that. With that being said, the lady that initially greeted us was not very pleasant. A gentleman took over that was I’m assuming on his break out front smoking when we first got there. Not a good look especially considering he didn’t wash his hands upon coming back in. Not a good experience. I would give this place a zero.
