Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tallahassee

4 out of 5 trips to this Dunkin location I am getting a wrong order. I ask for avocado toast with bacon and 9/10 times there is no bacon. The other day the girl taking my order seemed half asleep and did not hear me say bacon even though I said it loud and clear!! So when I wanted my order corrected they said they needed to refund me and charge me appropriately for the bacon. I said no you heard me wrong so that is not my error. The girl had no clue what to do and basically shut the window in my face. I will NEVER be back to this location for having So many error's...

Rude lady when I picked up an online order, I ignored it and went on to find out my order was half wrong. I called the store and asked for a manager and the same rude lady told me there was no manager. I called again and talked to a manager and told her how it happened, she then told me I was lying about my order being wrong and didn't care at all about how rude her employee is. I'm never ever ever going to this location again. Or any in Tallahassee for that matter since the person I spoke with is the District manager. Never again. How do you...

Do NOT order from here through Uber Eats. They'll wait until the driver arrives to inform you they're out of what you ordered. They subsequently tell Uber they're preparing the order, you get charged by Uber for cancellation. They get the money, they're out nothing because the item didn't exist to begin with....
