My family and I have tried this location many times over the last seven years. We always have some kind of issue. The quality of the food is not consistent. The service is inconsistent as well. I always noticed over several years and several visits that they don't staff more than a bartender, a to go person, and food runner and a server, sometimes two servers for the whole place. (always lunch.) It is typical for the servers and bartender to have eight, nine, even ten tables. This in itself is a bad sign for service standards. The last visit my server (who was the bartender) had nine tables when I finally decided it is a lost cause. We ordered apps and drinks, and received them about twenty minutes into the experience. Our drinks went dry, and the bartender literally looked away when she walked by us to the kitchen every trip...she was too busy! When we got her attention to get our order (after 40 minutes) she rolled her eyes, and said "I'll drop everything just for you." She was obviously frustrated, as were we! That's it Chili's, I am done. Your food quality, and service are not worth my money ever again. I caution the reader too....this place is not managed well, the restaurant is never staffed properly, and the service is frustrating. Why did it take seven years for me to finally quit Chili's...because I thought they would figure it out...but they haven't yet, and they lost me and my...
Read moreI was told from the app my order would be ready in 20 minutes from my order time. When I arrived to pick It up they said it would be a little longer, which was no problem. But instead I waited another 45 minutes for my food to be ready. When I received my food I was a upset because I was supposed to have received it such a long time ago. Nevertheless, I opened up the boxes of food and felt the food and they were all either lukewarm or not warm at all. I immediately got out of my car and went to go ask why the food was not hot and why I waited so long. I then waited for the manager and was greeted with an unwelcoming attitude. I explained to her the situation and she then proceeded to open up the boxes and touch the food with her hands without gloves. She then told me that the food when it is made to order is not given at the same temperature that it is for the dine-in because the to-go food is meant to be reheated at home. This does not make any sense at all, to-go food is made to eat outside of the restaurant not at home, neither were there any instructions that indicated to do so. Worst experience hands down food prep wise as well as...
Read moreWe went there for a party. They let a new server take us. She wasn't familiar enough with the menu to be on the floor. All of the nachos came out wrong. Mine came out with meat on it. Being a vegetarian, I had to send it back. She kept forgetting to reorder the food so mine came out after everyone was done eating and ordering dessert. My grandparents had to wait 20 minutes for his ribs to come out after everyone else got their food and she had to wait 15 minutes for a new side of broccoli with cheese, since she didn't ring it in right, and forgot the ribs all together. The food that came out first was cold, but they dealt with it since it took an hour to get in the first place. We had to get a manager to sort out the checks because everybody's meals were on the wrong tickets... This was while it was dead. We were our server's only table; I can't imagine if she had another. This is the third time in a row going to this location and it being horrible, so it'll be our last. We never have any problems at the other chili's, so we'll drive a little further to go...
