Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tampa

I regularly stop by this Dunkin Donuts in the morning before work basically ordering the exact same thing every day. My impression is that the staff is friendly and I generally don’t have many issues with my order however today I stopped in and noticed that I didn’t recognize half the employees in there. When I ordered my iced coffee with light ice, I saw that the girl behind the counter had a cup filled to the rim with ice so I asked her if that was light ice. She got a new cup, put less ice in it and dumped the coffee that was in the original cup into the new cup and served it. I noticed that my new coffee was about an inch below the rim and when I asked if I could have more coffee in my cup the girl told me that was the way she was trained to fill cups with light ice and another employee mentioned that they were under new management. Definitely disappointed in the new management and equally surprised as they are able to manage a Dunkin Donuts where their top seller is a liquid despite not having an understanding of how...

Absolutely terrible customer service. They spent more time just staring at us than when they finally decided they were going to help one of the employees asked if we wanted a waffle cone for our order... That we hadn't even ordered yet. Then, when we placed the order, he had to ask us how many scoops were in our sundaes. Mind you, this was after we had already paid for the order, and he had to enter how many scoops we had wanted for the order. While the one employee was helping the others kinda just stood around and made sure to be tucked back far enough so they they wouldn't have to help with making our orders until finally she was called over to help since there were several of us who had ordered. To top it all off they were out of so many things including spoons so we had to eat the ice-cream with a fork or the sample spoon thats an inch and a half long since they didn't tell us they were out of spoons until we had to ask for a spoon since they didn't give us any.
