I was looking through some old pictures on my phone and realized I forgot to write a review for the Big Easy. That would have too bad since I really liked this place. We were going to a concert and decided to pop in here since a cajun kitchen seemed a bit unusual aside from it being in an old fire station. It was a place and interesting to look around. The menu was varied enough with a blend of po'boys and a variety of mac and cheeses. We started off with some wings and they turned out to be really tasty and had just the right amount of heat. Nice an crispy with the proper slathering of hot sauce. Definitely on my list of places to get some wings and beer (which by the way was a pretty good select of locals) I had the jambalaya to which I was delighted with. My wife had a po'boy without complaint. Everything seemed fresh and prepared with care. We got in there early and the wait staff (well there was only one to start) was struggling to keep up but she was working real hard at it. She eventually got some help so we suspected it was an early rush and the schedule didn't line up. Maybe with the concert it through off their normal patron pattern. No knock on the service since there was a true effort to keep things moving. Next time I am in town, it is on the list.

From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted with a vibrant atmosphere that sets the stage for an incredible dining experience. The food is simply outstanding, with a menu that showcases the flavors and spices of New Orleans cuisine. Whether you're craving gumbo, jambalaya, or a delicious po' boy sandwich, they've got you covered. The dishes are bursting with authentic flavors that will transport you straight to the heart of Louisiana. And let's not forget about the service - it's truly exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor create a warm and inviting atmosphere. So, if you're in the mood for some mouthwatering Cajun and Creole dishes, The Big Easy is the place to be! Trust me, you won't be disappointed! 🌶️🍤🎺

Drove from Orlando to attend a friend's birthday celebration. When we arrived they had no record of our reservation. As a result our party was placed in the back of the restaurant at separate tables. To make matters worse we were directed to two large water containers and told that we had to get our own water. The service we received was not at all friendly and we were made to feel as if we were bothering the staff. Had some of us not traveled so far we would have left and gone somewhere else. Truth be told the atmosphere is not as nice as the pictures online and the expensive price we paid for food and drinks was not worth it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere more welcoming and professional.

Guys and gals. This place is just bad. Seriously, terrible. Don’t support local business who could care less about your service!

A group of 8 of us went there for a going away party with a reservation. I’ll just list the embarrassing number of occurrences: -no record of reservation -brought myself and my fiancé water upon arrival, we were first there of the group. After that, not ONE person came to ask us what we needed to drink. Or eat. The rest of the night. -we had to walk to the bar to order anything and everything. Let me be clear about this: a waiter was walking by…we stopped him to ask if he could take an order…he stated we had to walk to the bar to order….essentially follow him to the bar to tell him the order there. We were about 10 feet from the bar. -we needed plates and silverware for our food, none were brought. Upon walking to the bar to ask, he then handed me the 9 plates and silverware to carry myself from the bar. He was clearly too busy to be a proper waiter. -our bill: $25 and change for literally a side salad (which they called an entree) with a piece of chicken, and an order of fries. No alcohol. No other drinks. -I could seriously go on and on. It was just ridiculous. -on separate occasions, we walked to the bar to order…got the bartender / waitresses attention…who then looked at us and proceeded to walk away. Not a word was said, and not an order was placed. She had red hair and glasses. Seriously….it was almost comical!

Don’t go. Sorry to be brutally honest! But it...

First of all, I’ve heard great things about other Fat Tuesday locations. Supposed to be good vibes, and good food. Both were trash here. I asked for a certain pizza, they didn’t have all the ingredients and decided to give me a whole cheese (basic af) pizza, instead of just giving my money back. Then my friend and I were just going to step outside to smoke, they telling us we can’t be in the front of the door, which is fine- but in the most aggressive manner, unnecessary- we come in peace. So we go across the street. We notice they let a group of guys chill in front of the door, right exactly where we were in the first place, like ok? We left that alone. Then we come back to grab our food and they just harassing us at this point -grabbing us, just to say they not letting anyone else back in the place, which IS FINE because we were ready to go home anyways - but we left our food and drinks (my souvenir cup) in there, we’re paying customers! Food was basic, it’s crowded. Bartenders got no personality, and security at the door was ok until the so called manager was there trying to make ppl feel unwelcomed. I was so excited to go to this place. But now- tsk tsk, I'm good. Especially the way they handled my friend, he was probably the most sober person in that place. Calm af. Just chillin. On Wednesday yall gotta act that hard? For what? Crazy. The aesthetics is cute. And karaoke was fun to sing along to. But besides that- below...

There was a manager on October 24th (9 o'clock hour)that approached us with a nasty attitude and told us that to be served. We had to go to the bar. We told her that the last three times that we've been at this location. We had been served at the table but she rudely told us that there's never been servers. Why would we lie about being served? At an establishment that we came back to and sat at the available tables as if we were going to be served again? I asked her if it was only on Friday. She said no. They've never had servers. When I countered her and said we've been served here three other times. She told us "that again there's no service ever.' When I went to her and showed her video of of the last time we were there and the server that was there she still told me that I was wrong. I just wanted to let her know that customer service in the customer service industry is superior and will make or break a business. Unfortunately, hers was lackluster in all she lost money from me and my two friends and the (5) girls that we were going to meet us there. So you lost eight women who were going to spend money with your establishment because you want to argue what was our previous experience. Rude managers will lose your business. Long story short.

I will say that there are less tables set up from the last time we were in Fat Tuesday months back. Training on how to approach will assist in...
