It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Tampa

Update 2/8/22: I was contacted by the restaurant and the cost of my meal was refunded. As a result, I will give them another try and review them again.

Original review: This was NOT the experience I was hoping for. First of all, this is just Chili's, not a separate wing restaurant. Secondly, my order was not correctly prepared. Third, after returning to the restaurant, I had to wait 30 minutes for the correct order, with no compensation other than a lame apology. Hopefully this will not happen again. I am hoping to update this review after hearing from the establishment....

My experiences with Just Wings have been consistently disappointing. They got my order wrong twice—once for a pick-up order and once for delivery. Every time I get wings, they arrive cold, dry, or both. I’ve ordered from here before but this time it was disgusting honestly. I ordered the 12 boneless buffalo wings for delivery and when I got the meal the wings weren’t even sauced, they had a weird crust on the outside like they have sauced the wings first then fried them.
