Unfortunately I dont have pictures but this place is horrible!! From the "lady manager" to the food! We had been in the ER for 4 hours and got super hungry so we decided to eat here since its the only option. First time they gave me the fries with 2 pounds of salt on purpose and had to return them and had to wait for my whole order to be redone. The manager went to the back told the guy in the back to remake the order but the way she said it was like a code they have between them and we was right because the 2nd time around they gave us complete rare meat Quarter Pounders with dripping blood!! We had to hop back into the hospitals courtesy shuttle all hungry to return the food once again! We get there explain the situation and the "lady manager" gives us attitude like if it was our fault they gave us rare meat! We had to wait once again for the whole order to be redone but the cook ended up in the register and the manager ended up cooking the burgers but you cant tell that she hates her job. Its sad that sometimes people be in the hospital for hours probably suffering, hungry, tired and this is the service they offer. They need to get banned or get new employees that really...

Read moreAlthough the Tampa General Hospital McDonald's is a busy venue whose food is always fresh and tasty, I periodically have issues with my order not coming to me correctly. Today is an example of this as I ordered a double Filet-o-Fish sandwich and took advantage of the receipt special printed on their receipts at the top: "buy-one-get-one-free sandwich" or free sandwich for the lower price of two different sandwiches, and got the wrong sandwich as my freebie. I specifically asked their floor manager if they were still making the Quarter Pounder with Cheese and Bacon who indicated they were. When my order was processing, their counter guy, a young man, gave me the wrong size diet Coke to start, stating he thought I ordered a medium but I had asked for a large drink. Then, when I got to my family member's room in the hospital, I noticed the Quarter Pounder lacked the bacon. The fish sandwich was fresh, hot and delicious do again no complaint on the food quality. I'll be taking the hamburger back when I leave in an hour and hopefully they'll replace it with the bacon...
